Terrible!!!!
Received a cold call from this company regarding swapping my current sim over to a contract sim.
I was previously paying £13.50 a month for unlimited calls, texts & 25GB data with roll over.
Agreed to change over to an o2 sim which was unlimited everything for £25 + Vat so an extra £4.50 a month.
Changed my phone number over, came to the switch over day my old number was disconnected with 26 days of my previous entitlement still to use & nearly 24 hours later then new sim still isn’t working!!!!
Can’t call them as I have no way of doing so, tried to contact on live chat & their systems are apparently down!
Would advise anyone to absolutely stay clear of this company! I now have to go out & buy a pay as your go sim, pay another £13.50 & will be cancelling the contact. I expect this shoddy company to reimburse me for the cost if the new sim & services lost!
