I needed an updated EICR as part of the process of selling my property. From the outset, the service was efficient and professional, with a quotation and appointment arranged quickly. On the day, the electrician was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional, and I received the report promptly afterwards. I would happily recommend their services.

Recent EICR experience
Recently had an EICR carried out for my property and was very pleased with the service provided. Harvey arrived on time and completed the inspection professionally.
Communication throughout the process was clear and straightforward. The work was carried out efficiently with minimal disruption. The report was provided promptly after the inspection. Happily recommend their services to others.

When investigating your concern, it come to our attention there were logistics issues on the day, same day our telecommunications system was in the process of being upgraded. So lines were on and off throughout the day.
We did explain this issue to you and offered to rebook the service on a priority basis, you requested a refund. We processed your refund same day, which you a re in receipt of.
We have satisfied 1,000s of customers throughout the country over the years. Based on the above, we do not understand from what perspective you are referring our service would be a 'scam'.

There is no communication with this…
I have now received the Electrical Safety Certificate but because of the lack of communication I have upgraded the review to 3 stars, not just one.
There is no communication with this company. They contacted my tenant by phone to arrange a visit for the Electrical Safety Certificate Test, the electrician phoned me on the morning of the visit to say he would be there for 10:30, I contacted my tenant to let them know. In the afternoon of the test I received an emailed invoice from a different company name AAA Compliance Europe Ltd with Your Property details at the bottom to be paid that same day. I paid in full the following morning and two days later have NOT received the certificate or been able to get in touch with anyone on the phone or email.
I would like my electrical test certificate, that was supposed to have passed the test.

Thank you for posting a review and we’re sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. After investigating the matter, we are quite surprised at your review.
We have responded efficient and promptly to all your emails in arranging the appointment, we have worked around your tenants availability to conduct the inspection and test. The inspection and test was never rescheduled or cancelled.
The inspector followed the protocols on the day, called when on route to confirm the appointment and the invoice was generated by the accounts team after successful completion of the inspection and test.
Furthermore, Unlike other firms 'WE DO NOT TAKE UPFRONT PAYMENT'. Our business is built on the foundations of trust over the years! We also offer a 'FREE PRIORITY SERVICE' for customers who pay same day. They receive certification same day.
FYI, Once the invoice is paid we begin to prepare the certification (Which normally takes a few hours). In your case, the inspection and test was completed on 12.05.2026, you paid the invoice next day on 13.05.2026 and received the certification in PDF format via email the following day (14.05.2026). We believe there was no such delay in getting the report over to you.
Most firms take up to 2 weeks to get such certification over. I am grateful you have upgraded the review to 3 star from 1 after receiving the certification and yet your last sentence suggests you are still awaiting to receive the test certificate.

Booked for an inspection online and getting it confirmed was so difficult because the phone contact was always in voicemail or no response. Discovered they never booked with the agent even though they confirmed they had .Eventually confirmed the booking to carry out the inspection between 11am - 1pm only for the inspector not to turn-up on the agreed date and the inspector phone number was on voicemail with no call or text from the inspector for a reschedule. He agreed to call on the day of the inspection but his phone was on voicemail all through the day having waited he never turned up. All emails and text messages sent to the company's phone was never responded to only to get a response on trustpilot. I am beginning to question the positive reviews because the service so far has been unprofessional and traumatic. I had to cancel for a refund. Never again and would not trust the reviews on trustpilot. Please stay away from this company for your sanity.

As you know, initially we were advised to collect the keys. Which we agreed. Last minute cancellation as the client wanted to be on site to provide us access at a specific time, which we also agreed. A day prior to the appointment we were told to collect the key. Later in the day were told to meet on site. On the day of the inspection and test, the inspector needs to confirm the appointment prior to travel. No answer! As, always we aim to deliver a 5 star service, hence good reviews from our customers. Due to access issues, this appointment never got conducted!

Very poor experience with Harvey Rajput…
If I could give no stars I could. I have no problem with the price charged for the job or the provision of a certificate. However a very poor experience with Harvey Rajput . He left the fuse box cover loose, and disconnected the burglar alarm by taking out a fuse and disconnecting the battery ,without telling me. He then left the power off. The central heating was then left off leading to condensation in the fan and breakdown at a cost to me of £700. He tried to make out that I must have interfered with the fuse box and pleaded ignorance to how my burglar alarm could have got disconnected. I knew that I would need a new fuse box and he quoted me £3500 for remedial work to include a new fuse box and remedial work in respect of power fluctuations. I got it done with all of the correct certificates from a fully qualified electrician for £840 , about 25% of the amount quoted by Harvey Rajput. I was informed that there were no power fluctuations and therefore no remedial work to be done in this respect. I would never use this company again.

Christopher, You instructed us to conduct an 'Electrical Installation Condition Report', the inspection and test was conducted as planned and you received the report efficiently too. This is what you paid for! The remedial works estimate was something we provide at no extra cost, providing the client with a breakdown of what works need to remedied in order to bring the electrical safety system to current standards.
As explained your consumer unit was minimum 40 - 50+ years old, damaged with missing screws. The inspector tried his best to secure it as much as possible.
The power was left off as the electrical safety system was unsafe, not only you had issues with the consumer unit but various wiring issues throughout the property. Don't forget your wiring was if not even older than the consumer unit. Rewire is advised every 25 - 30 years.
If you refer to section k of the report you will notice the amount of issues with your wiring and some items were incorrectly wired.
Please refer to the limitations section of the report, where it clearly states no testing of boiler controls or alarm systems. Again, you have got this wrong!
If you refer to our remedial works estimate, we quoted to clear all codes for only £3,500 which included a partial rewire including a consumer unit upgrade.. Clearing all C1, C2, C3 and FI codes. We are almost certain there is no way you could get the above done for £840.00, Good luck with that.
