This company is an absolute joke and borderline criminal. If you book a test with them they will take £400 off you for a clinic appointment and ask you your preferred dates. When theae dates are not available you are then at a total loss and have to battle with them to get your money back… WHO DOES THIS !!! Just have a booking process which is live to you availability just like everyone else on this planet does! What a waste of everyones time!!!

Amazing service and I totally appreciate their help throughout. The service is very easy to use and everything is organised with clear communication. Once the samples reach the lab, the turnaround time is impressive, within one day as specified for the test I wanted.

Special thank you to Julie, very professional and really grateful for the time and dedication to process my order through and even updated me on weekends to reassure me of progress.

Really genuine team and they honestly care and are there there to provide you with the best service. I’m only one customer of thousands so totally appreciate the time and effort they put into my order.

Following my previous review,Mr Smith , neither my son , wife or myself have been contacted by these scammers but they clearly have our contact numbers and email as we have requested through email for a full refund with still no response. Complete radio silence as expected from scammers. On further investigation the payment my son made up front of £195 went to a company called BM Services. All the none actions and zero response points to scam . Avoid at all costs . Mr. Smith Northampton

I’ve used Your Sexual health now 3 times and each time has been amazing!!

First time was to book in a European performer profile test and I popped them a call and Julie was really lovely and accommodating with finding me a clinic I could visit short notice and I received the results exactly when she said I would get them. The clinic I went to also was top quality and the nurse that took my bloods and samples was really nice and made me feel relaxed and comfortable

The second time I had to get an Mgen test at short notice and again Julie was super helpful with this getting me booked in at short notice and getting the results to me on time

The third time was actually a tricky situation as my partner and I thought thought we may have been passed Cl or Gon and we needed to get tested asap as we work with others and had been in contact with others and Julie was on emails to me at 7am and by 9:30am everything was confirmed and by 1pm that same day she had got us into a clinic for us to then receive our results (which were all clear) the following day.

This service really is amazing and well worth the money!! Julie is a pleasure to communicate with and really cares about helping you and giving a good service and I will now continue to come back to Your Sexual health for my testing

Terrible communication, dont return calls, completely unreliable.

Words can’t express how grateful I am to be treated with such dignity, respect, professionalism with total confidentiality and efficiency, especially in what I felt was a traumatic situation. The appointment was set up quickly, samples taken with no embarrassing questions just friendliness, results arrived way on time, Julie was amazing to arrange a doctors consultation within 24 hours, who was totally reassuring and resolved any issues I had with speed. Worth every single penny to go forward with confidence and knowledge. Thank you!

One year on since I left this company first review in January 2022, I have been paying them every 3 months for full tests since.

Everytime when I contacted Julie, she always replied to me as quickly as she could and arranged the appointment for me on my preferred date.

Most importantly Julie has been sending me my results as soon as they became available.

I continue to be impressed by Julie's professionalism and super efficiency, including weekends.

I am very happy to continue using this same company for my full tests regularly as I can get my results in the quickest possible way.

NHS only test half of YSH's full tests items. Therefore I would rather pay more money to YSH for full tests regularly.

I ordered a home kit, after two weeks still it still says "processing". When I tried contacting them I got no answer. They just took my money and did nothing. I'm now trying to get a refund.
Don't make my mistake and fall for their nice website. Stay away from them.

After having an unprotected sex once, I was panicked worrying about catching any infections.

I searched online and found this company having quite many clinics nationwide. Although the prices were quite high, I was hoping that the speed of getting test results and necessary treatment would be well worth it.

We are still in the pandemic, NHS waiting list had become much longer undoubtedly. I had never tried this company before, but I was willing to give it a go.

My first test result came back by email super quickly the next day which I was very impressed with. There was no way that NHS could be as fast as that.

After the weekend, second set of results came back on Monday by email - two of them were "Detected" unfortunately.

They didn't ring me as quickly as I had expected offering me my treatment, but after Julie received my email knowing my problems, she rang me at 19.35 on Thursday evening to tell me their doctor would ring me first thing the next morning.

Their GP did ring me early next morning telling me two kinds of antibiotics I needed.

Julie helped me find nearest Pharmacy who were dealing with private prescriptions having saved a lot of my time.

I went to the Pharmacy on Friday afternoon to buy first antibiotics capsules and bought second antibiotics gel the next day.

Since then I started contacting Julie direct for any queries and she was super efficient with every enquiry I had.

After the treatments I waited for two weeks before taking retests and they were both clear.

I was so pleased that I came to this company as they have more thorough tests than NHS's routine tests.

Julie's dedication and professionalism gave me very strong impression.

I will be very confident contacting Julie for any future tests and treatments.

Wish all other team members at this clinic have the same excellent work ethic and dedication as Julie's.

I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking to get super fast tests results and treatments, for their own sake!!!

Pay a week’s wages to hear nothing back for two weeks despite them apparently working over the weekend. The NHS clinics are closed at the moment for COVID but it would probably still be quicker to wait for them to reopen. Such a shame for a necessary service. I would love to say they at least did all the tests but I am still waiting..

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE!!
I paid £300 for the performer package.. I would’ve gone to dean street and wish I had now! I turned up at my appointment to realise they had NO swabs available! The receptionist and the doctor then ended up literally ARGUING with eachother over it. Then they said they will have to send swabs to my house, I then had a call to say they can’t do that either. So I’m now having to travel 100 miles to wimpole street to get my certs done when I could’ve just gone to dean street for better service and for free!! DISGUSTING COMPANY DIDNT EVEN OFFER PART REFUND

This company is a SCAM - I paid £215 for blood tests for visa certificate and the certificate has never arrived. Requested a refund from the customer service - radio silence.
