Follow Up, NO SUCCESS!
After years of participation in Enlighten Panel surveys, I keep getting a message that my login details are "incorrect"! I keep requesting the change of details as prescribed, but when I try to login again the next time, the same message repeats itself! I keep asking for assistance, but just get computer-generated responses each time, requesting me to login , which I CAN'T!! Can someone please ask Yourview South Africa to assist me this time? I would apprecuate your assistance in this regard. Thanks,

Thanks for your reply, but PLEASE! Can't I just email/ post an ID to someone? Scanning and forwarding is just not working for me! Surely there's another way to "verify" it's me? I CAN'T reach or contact Tjhe Panel Station, to get myself active there again! PLEASE help me! qxviljoen
