My consultant is lovely, though I recently had an issue with my mandatory training where they refused to accept BLS from another framework agency. They cancelled my shifts which cost me a lot of money unnecessarily.
Apart from this one issue, they have been good to work for and Zenna and Cleo are fab.

I have known Zenna Hoyte for the last 16 years. Zenna has always been incredibly supportive and efficient in helping me find suitable work placements. She is always approachable, proactive, and always find me the right opportunities. she always answered my call and helped me when I needed the work .Even when I left the agency and wanted to return back Zenna always accepted me back to the work force. She is a good communicator and genuinely cares for the nurses . I work with many consultants with different agencies and Zenna has been one of the outstanding consultants I have everworked for. Trustworthy and reliable.A true asset to the team!

Extremely rude and bullying consultant (Thomas), even tried to raise it with management but did not get anyway, got told I had been given a new consultant who never contacted me, instead was asked to do a statement for a hospital I had been restricted as a result of this consultant booking me forcefully onto a place that is well known to be risky in terms of pin number. The phone rings forever, noone picks the phone or you get cut off. Several nurses I know have have due to same issues and even the ones I referred to have also left.

I always try to give good quality care. I always put the patient first and be positive at all times. I listen, learn and improve then take ownership inmy work.. The company helps us to learn further at all times, by giving us more education on top of our qualifications. They provide us with free E_Learning theory and practice to keep up with the latest education. But most of all; they appreciate us. Lately I can say, I know most cities by working for your world. And i have gained more different knowledge from time to time.

My experience with this agency is nothing less than stellar. The consultant is available and thoughtful about booking availability of your shift. Also the communication is great and clear.

I have been working for your world for the past 13 years. I wont work for them if it is not good. I have a dedicated consultant that can be contacted during office hour and sometimes out of office hour his name is Daniel Britton. We also got a staff who is dedicated to process pay efficiently her name is Keira Watson. We can email, whats up or call her if we have any questions. To be honest in 13 years of working for YW she is the best person when it comes to efficiency. She is very efficient in her job. Even when I ask my colleague who also work for YW about her opinion and experience working with Kiera, she said her experienced is similar to mine.She agreed with me that Keira is a kind of employee that work with extra mile even on Sundays she does work process paper work for us to be paid on time. She understands our needs as a worker. We need to be paid on time to pay bills. She always do her best to help us.YW has been a good employer specially if they have more staffs like Kiera. YW also have a good pay rate compare to other agencies.

I have been working for Yourworld for 4 years now. It was a swift registration in the beginning and HR are very diligent to inform me about mandatory training that needs updating. I have, for those four years have consistently been booked for shift with my local trust. Pay rate is also very competitive. My consultants Davoud and Teni are very helpful and professional to work with.

I have been working very contently for more than 6 months now, so all my experiences are positive. So I highly recommend 'Your World Nursing'.

I have been affiliated with Yourworld Agency for more than six years. While my pay rates have fluctuated throughout this time, the agency consistently finds me shifts. I have awarded a five-star rating largely due to Davoud's accommodating demeanor, even though his pace in booking shifts can be slower than Teni's. Nevertheless, I have a favorable view of both individuals.

One area of concern I have regarding Yourworld is the lack of adequate support from the team, particularly when it comes to handling Datix reports or complaints from trusts that I perceive as trivial. I frequently advocate for myself in the workplace, especially in the face of bullying, intimidation, and condescension from permanent staff and management. My recommendation for Yourworld is to offer more support and actively listen to our concerns rather than simply siding with the perpetrators due to their contractual relationships with those trusts. As agency nurses, we are also human and have emotions akin to those of permanent staff members. I hope to witness positive changes in the forthcoming weeks, months, or years. Thank you.
