I have had several Zager Guitars. But my favorite guitar is the Black ZAD900ce/om That has been my favorite guitar so far. I have had the 50th Anniversary 900, The closest model to the ZAD900ceom was the ZAD80ceom. That guitar played so good, I have a Martin D28E. I can honestly say that the ZD900ceom is a better sounding guitar.

The ZAD 80CE Aura is a beautifully crafted and great sounding guitar. It has a rich tone and great sustain with an ease of play as claimed. I am also pleased with the customer service. This is a fine guitar and with all the accessories that are included the price point is far less than other instruments of similar quality. If you're in the market for an upscale guitar, do yourself and your wallet a big favor and check out Zager Guitars, I don't think you will be disappointed in the fit and finish and that big full sound that fills the room.

I received my Zager ZAD20E guitar and thought I would leave review! I’ll start with the case, very high end, would’ve expected a gig bag but instead got a form fitting hard case with temp/humidity gauge! The accessories that came with it are crazy!! Strings, picks, tuner and capo, all high quality!! Opened the case and found an absolutely perfect instrument!! Once playing it, I realized this was no ordinary entry level guitar! The voice projection was crazy! Playability was smooth and precise! As an owner of a couple of more expensive Taylor’s this guitar fits right in! The customer service was incredible as well. Very pleased with my purchase!

My Travel size Zager guitar has turned out to be everything I was hoping for. My first impression was the case and the fact that it was nearly perfectly in tune even after going through the shipping process. The next thing that really grabbed my attention was the quality of tone for a reduced size guitar, rich and full, I was thrilled with the sound.

I work part time for a hospice organization. Zager guitars delivered a beautiful looking and sounding guitar. I received a ZAD900CE OM size acoustic electric guitar Limited Edition Black and all the extra accessories that came with it. I would highly recommend Zager to anyone looking for an easy to play fabulous sounding guitar.

My guitar, a ZAD50CE w/ solid African Mahogony top, sides and back. It is more than I expected. The overall look is mesmerizing. The finish is deep and shinney. The neck is smooth. I received my ZAD 900CE OM Sunburst a couple of months ago. I must report that I own an Olson and two Martins/D-28 & 35, all of which are amazing guitars. However, my new Zagers plays like an electric guitar, and the acoustic value is second to none. I only wish I had played your instruments many years ago and now must figure out how to afford and sneak a 900 12 string past my wife! All the best as you begin to navigate/enjoy your golden years!

Dennis ~ I love my Zager acoustic cutaway with pickups. Yesterday I had folks in my guitar group try it for the ease of play, they loved the action and the sound. Yes, I too like many testimonials, have friends with Martins and Taylors and I like my Zager sound and action on the neck much more.
A pro recording friend said he liked my sound for recording over Martins, as he has to correct more on the bass range.
My comment to anyone considering a better guitar is order one, try it, try it free...I did and bought a $650 Eatman to compare...that looked nice and played okay, but I always went to my Zager...and sold the Eastman 6 months later.
Bottom line - why not try out a Zager?...Free to try!

My husband bought me a zager guitar as the older I get it is harder to play with my fingers. This guitar is really easy to play has a beautiful sound and I love the extras they send along with it and it’s hand signed By Denny himself. I recently purchased the ZAGER ZAD900CE, and I have to say, the photos on the website don’t do this guitar justice. It is absolutely stunning in person. The craftsmanship is impeccable, the finish flawless, and the quilted maple binding and inlay really make it pop.

The sustain on this guitar is incredible, even better than my Taylor 324E. The intonation is spot on, making it a joy to play. I find the neck design makes it easier to get my hand around and really makes it comfortable to play. The neck also seems to be faster.

I was hesitant to buy a guitar without first playing it, and I went back and forth for several months before finally pulling the trigger. I’m so glad I did because this guitar is everything ZAGER claims it to be. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a high-quality acoustic-electric guitar.

Got my ZAD900CE today and am very pleased. This is the best playing guitar I have ever owned and am very pleased with it. The extra spacing on the strings is not a gimmick and really does make a difference, I lost two of my fingertips when I was 16 ( I'm now 68) and finally found a guitar where the chords are not muted by my wide fingertips. The sound is deep and rich and the action is great set as it was received.

This past July of 2024 I made a purchase of a ZAD-900CE/AURA/VCS that I received but had to send it back for a minor blemish. I requested for an exchange for the same model. I did eventually received the guitar I requested. but there were many complications that took place thru misunderstandings that I may be part of. The Zager support groups lined me up with the proper channels that involved, Henry, a higher up manager that included Mr Zager’s input as well. They all went thru many attempts to rectify and bring the matter to a satisfying solution for everyone involved. Everyone was very generous throughout this ordeal. The moral of this story is that Zager and company are there to help you in anyway possible to make things right for you. I am confident everyone will be treated with utmost efforts to make it right in servicing you. They are committed in this respect. I purchased the ZAD900CE. It arrived in perfect condition exactly as described by other people who bought a guitar from Zager.
I never purchased a guitar online before. I always wanted to play it before I bought it to hear how it sounded first. Both the customer service and the product that Zager makes is second to none! I purchased the ZAD-80CE Aura Black Special Edition "Johnny Cash" acoustic electric guitar and I couldn't be happier. It is an amazing guitar with a beautiful rich sound and excellent build quality. It is easier to play than my Martin D-18E and procuces a crystal clear sound.
