I'm not one for taking the time and writing reviews unless it's something I truly believe in. I bought a Zager guitar 80 series orchestra model and it was by far the best purchase I've ever made in a guitar it is literally close to half the price I would have spent in a guitar store. These guys are the real deal they built me a guitar that is by far above any taylor Martin takamini I've been playing on and off for 30 years and I've never experienced a guitar with the action that it has you nearly just have to touch the strings to get a beautiful cord out of this guitar they're very professional and any question I had for them or concern they would get right back to me I was not treated like a number I was treated like a customer with respect so if you're looking for you're most likely last guitar you'll ever buy by a zager

Bought a ZAD900CE guitar. The workmanship is flawless. The guitar electronics give you a voice different from many other guitars. Aside from the quality and wonderful looks of it there is something else. When you correspond with the company you are given the feeling of being part of the family. A friendship quickly comes together. These are friendly and caring people. In my experience friends are made by respect and trust. This family business gives you this feeling.

I purchased my ZAD50CE a week ago, the guitar plays easy without straining, however I had chance to visit another shop today and found ZAD20CE of which it sounds much better than 50CE.

I purchase my guitar over 20 years ago and the guitar keeps getting better with age. When my guitar playing friends play it they are impressed with how much easier it is to play, using less pressure to the fret board and the sound it delivers. My guitar is a ZAD50CE, I had it for 20 years and hope it will be around for another 20. Thank you Zager Company for making my instrument. Sincerely...John

Bought my first guitar in 30 years and absolutely love it. The tone is amazing and the playability is better than any guitar I have ever played. Thanks to the folks at Zager for building a fine piece of equipment. I am looking forward to may years of enjoying this guitar.

Love my Zagers. I have a 14 year old ZAD50CE bought at a pawn shop. That's the one that turned me on to Zager. Recently purchased a ZAD900CE OM. It's even more special. I absolutely love it. Plays easy, sounds great and is beautiful. I highly recommend.

Good morning Zager team,
I received my guitar yesterday afternoon. I live in Florida and on video advice from Denny Sr. I allowed the instrument time to acclimate to my hot and humid atmosphere overnight. I opened the box this morning and to say I was impressed and pleased is a gross understatement.
I stumbled on Zager Guitar while researching Parlor style guitars last week and was so impressed by Danny Senior’s sincerity I decided to trust and invest.
The entire experience has been 100% positive. From the ordering, then communication on shipping my order and now to see the care in packaging and when I saw the guitar I was so impressed by the quality of materials and workmanship I was overjoyed.
The primary reason for purchasing, well trusting Zager was I have never been able to enjoy learning to play guitar because is the difficulty in handling and managing the instrument. I told myself, now that I’m approaching retirement, I will find a guitar that is comfortable and easy enough to play I can play a barred F chord with little difficulty.
Once I inspected the guitar for any problems I put myself in correct position and easily played the F chord. I can still feel the smile of satisfaction and thanked God for my good fortune to trust Denny Zager and his family and his Team.
Finally, I appreciated the help videos and was fortunate enough to get the Anniversary Bonus items including lifetime membership to the Lessons. I plan to spend this weekend getting familiar with my beautiful guitar and begin taking instructions from the master himself Denny Zager Senior.

n this day and age of scams and false rave reviews from people who were paid, I was hesitant to purchase the ZAD900CE Acoustic Electric guitar on the internet, sight unseen and never played. I have always played every guitar I have bought in the past prior to buying.
I AM NOT A PAID REVIEWER.
All I can say is that I am thankful for Zager guitars gift and ability when it comes to guitar crafting. I received my guitar two days ago and after tuning and adjusting the string height which was very easy following the instructions, I have been playing happily for hours.
I originally looked at the ZAD900CE because I am 71 and developing arthritis. I own a Gibson and Ovation which I love but the easy to play design of the ZAD900CE has enable me to play longer with less pain.
Zager guitars are an hones and reputable maker of the greatest guitar I have ever bought and played.
I am just an honest unpaid person who hopes to convince others to take the plunge and buy a Zager guitar

Over the years, I have been curious about Zager guitars. I have owned Gibson, Martin, Taylor, Alvarez, and Takamine. I finally bought a Zager ZAD-80\N and have been amazed at the quality construction, aesthetics, attention to detail, playability, and sound quality. I play mainly finger style and the solid cedar top and rosewood back and sides offer a nice warm balanced sound, especially when finger picking. I absolutely love the guitar and wish I had purchased one sooner. It is every bit as good as the best Gibson acoustic guitars I have owned. In my opinion, a set up alone could not produce the playability of this guitar. It has to do with a combination of overall construction, fretboard design, string spacing, and even the Zager Pillow Touch strings. I even like the Zager picks. It has become my go to guitar, and I can't walk past it daily without playing it. Great job and company!!!

As promised I have returned to follow up with my experience with my Zagar ZAD900CE. First some background. In 2019 I had a motorcycle accident that gave me a broken left hand. I thought I would never be able to play again. I kept trying and finally began to improve but it was painful. At this time I was playing a couple of decent Taylor's. I kept seeing adds for Zager and the ease of playing one so I ordered the 900ce. It's was true. It was like going from manual steering to power
steering. I still have difficulty but I do believe that this guitar is actually helping me not become frustrated with playing and I can practice for longer pieiods.
Since I have had this guitar, I have noticed that tones and resonance have become quite amazing. I lowered the action from the factory's set and used my preferred brand of strings and I can't believe the feel and wonderfull sound. I'm sure that as time passes it is only going to get better. So far, It is my goto guitar.

Acoustic Electric AURA Pro Series 50th Anniversary Tobacco Sunburst. I was not disappointed. The beauty and craftsmanship of the guitar and its incredible sound is awesome.
I am very pleased with both guitars, and I highly recommend Zager Guitar to anyone
looking for a great sound and an Easy Play Guitar.

Ordered my Zad50ce Vintage Sunburst full size acoustic electric guitar from Zager July 22, 2025. I received it July 25th in perfect condition. This one is a beautiful guitar. I had to tune it a little bit, but then she sings. I have had Martins, Gibson and others, but none had this great sound. I am not an accomplished guitarist, but am working on it. This guitar is easy to play. Thanks again Denny and all for such a great product.

I am a new guitar player. I placed an order from Zager Guitars on 6/24/25 and received my order VERY promptly, today, just 6 days later! Additionally, after I placed the order, I had several questions that I emailed to Denny Zager and his staff in between the placement of the order and the receipt of my order. I received very prompt, professional, kind, patient, and helpful answers to each of my questions. I am very grateful for Zager Guitars and their staff!
Also, the guitars I received are very well designed, constructed, and absolutely beautiful in appearance and sound!

I've been exclusively playing my Zager ZAD20E Sunburst professionally for 10 years now and it just keeps getting better sounding with age. And as advertised, it is easy to play. In fact, I just played a 4 hour outdoor show with only two breaks and my fingers survived - thanks to my Zager!

I'm loving my Zager Guitars. I had never heard of Zager Guitars about a year ago and I guess it popped up during a search. With that being said, they looked interesting enough to take a closer look. I'm very glad I did! My 1st Zager was a 9000 Dred which I purchased used from a Guitar Center in Baltimore. The guitar was awsome. Sounded deep and rich. Very beautiful too. After playing it for about a week, I decided the Dreadnought was too large for my body type. Sounded great but uncomfortable, so I bought a 9000ceom from you directly and am very pleased with the guitar. Sounds great, feels great, looks great! Sounds as good or even better than my Taylor 612c. Happy customer.
Next, I bought a parlor-size guitar from you, just to have around, etc. The Mahogany is beautiful and it plays well, definitely a keeper. Where as the sound is not quite as full as my 9000ceom I'm sure it will improve over time. This is my couch and travel guitar. Anyway, thanks for building such beautiful instruments. I'm so glad I checked them out.
PS I think both of my Zager Guitars were built in 2525. A very special date!!!!

Denny, this is a fantastical guitar. I love it. You might see some of my other guitars in the background. This ZAD50CE I think. It's all mahogany I know that. I plays so easy right out of the box and you say it will get better. That's unbelievable. I love it now. It is in perfect shape as far as fit and finish. I wanted the mahogany for the warmer sound and it sounds so good. I honestly love it and this is my first go to guitar every day. Most days it's the only one. All the extras are a wonderful addition. I use the capo alot. Thank you. I love that the case comes with a humidity sensor. That was the point that sealed the deal. Again the guitar was much better than I expected. I believe my scrutinizing time has expired and just want to say that I love this guitar. I looked for every or any reason not to like it. I took it down to Guitar Center and I played some of the most expensive guitars they had. Most didn't sound as good as the free one you gave me with my 90 purchase. I am a believer.
I have not gone on the site to take lessons yet; although I plan to. It seems as though no matter what guitar I'm playing, once some warm up time has been used, I seem to make the instrument sound better. I think I'm becoming a better player. Developing some confidence. It's only taken 50 years. I believe part of it is because of how I have learned to play your guitars. Also a Mexican Martin and an Epiphone. But mostly the 50 and 90 I got from you.
Thank you for your patience with me. This is a major investment for me and I didn't take it lightly.
I wish I'd seen the Vegas address earlier, I would have stopped in and said hello. I still will if I get there or by Nebraska.

I finally bought a Zager (ZAD80CE) recently and I absolutely love it! I've heard so many good things about these guitars and finally decided to buy one. It sounds incredible both acoustically and plugged in. I've owned a few Taylors and I already enjoy the Zager much more, both how it feels and sounds. The case and accessories that came with it are way more generous than any other guitar package I've gotten and the signed photos were a nice surprise.

I also appreciate the BOGO special since I run a guitar club at the middle school where I teach. The kids love it since it really is easy to play. One of my students loves the song "In The Year 2525" and thought it was cool learning that the Easy Play guitar came from Zager.

I lucked out and stumbled upon Mr Zager’s website. I was very impressed with his legacy of guitar building. I purchased the Zager ZAD80CE “AURA” black lacquer. This guitar has just the right nut size to fit my hand comfortably. Making it easier to reach and accurately play cords, with no finger pain. I am so excited about how much I love this guitar. I am telling all my friends and music teacher. Thanks Mr Zager for perfecting this very excellent made comfortable to play, great sounding guitar. A very satisfied customer!!! Joy
