I was some what over anxious waiting but when I received my new ZAD900CE 50th Anniversary Tobacco Sunburst I was Blown Away with the Beauty and Quality of my Zager Guitar. The sound was as beautiful as the guitar was to look at.

I'm what would probably be considered at the Beginner/Novice Level even though I've owned a guitar for many years. I carried my new Zager to work and handed my guitar over to my co-worker, a very accomplished guitarist. As soon as my co-worker strummed the first chord he started smiling and raving over the sound of my Zager and the action as compared to his very expensive Gibson Guitar. He immediately began to talk to me and point out every Quality Component and Feature of my Zager as if he were actually doing a Zager commercial. He assured me that the cost of my Zager was truly a bargain for what I had received from Zager Guitars.

Today I ordered the ZAD50CE Vintage Sunburst Full Size with the Free Accessory Pack for my son Steven as he wants to learn to play the guitar. I felt that learning to play on a new Zager EZ-Play would make the learning experience more enjoyable than learning with my old hand me down guitar. I assured my son that I felt for sure that the lessons from Denny Zager would be the same high quality of the Zager Guitars.

I'm excited for my son and he is looking forward to learning on his New Zager Guitar.

I bought a Zager Guitar for my husband's birthday! He said it’s beautiful!!!! He got teary eyed and chills. He said if he saw it in a store hanging on the wall he would have picked it. He said it sounds really good and loves how the neck feels in his hand and likes the strings being lower and the quality of the strings. He loves everything about it. He said it has a really good sound! The ordering process was easy and any questions I had were quickly responded to. The customer service was excellent! A lot of extras came with it. The shirt was a surprise to both of us. We highly recommend Zager Guitars!

Zager Guitars is an excellent company to order from. They respond to emails quickly. I ordered the ZAD50CE OM model and am very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the guitar. I have played guitar for over 56 years. I finger pick and the sound is great in both the treble and the bass. It rings out when you strum. It is a joy to play!

I purchased a Zager-ZAD50/BK in 2006.To say that this guitar lived up to expectations is an understatement. After 18 years, this guitar still plays as easy as it did 18 years ago. As the instrument matured, it took on a life of it's own with mellow bass and crystal clear highs.
I highly recommend this guitar. You will not be disappointed.

I was thrilled to received my Zager guitar. It is nice and I have enjoyed playing. I would recommend Zager guitars to anyone looking for a a good guitar. It is well made and easy to play!

Eighteen months ago, at age 74, I decided to get back to the guitar. It had been more than 50 years since I had played, and I suffer from arthritis in my hands So, I searched online for guitars that might be easier to play. Thankfully, that search led me to ZagerGuitars.com. After reading everything I could about their quality and company, I ordered, and quickly received, my ZAD50CE… and I haven't looked back.

When I have questions, they always respond quickly with helpful answers. Their video library has guided me through installing new strings and provided solutions to the problems I had from changes in humidity.

As a result of regular practice and the easy playing of my Zager, I am now performing at local wineries in the Dallas area – sometimes up to three hours at a time. I won't lie…by the time I’m done my fingers will hurt – but the wine helps.

I will never regret doing business with Zager. They have my highest recommendation.

What a great purchase. This guitar looks beautiful, sounds great and is well made. I have noticed it is much easier for me to play. Easy on the hand and fingers. Customer service has been outstanding. Looking forward to getting another model in the future. I purchased the ZAD900CE OM. Love it.

After A LOT of research, including all my friends who play professionally, I bought the Zager 12-string to replace my beloved Guild 12-string I’ve had since the 1970’s when I played in clubs and bars in NYC and on Long Island, the Hamptons. It still plays though it has several cracks through its back that have reduced its ability to produce rich bass and to add to its sad state the binding under the heel of the neck where it joins the body has deteriorated. I thought it sounded pretty good and had great action until I played my new Zager. The action on it right out of the case is perfect and so is the sound. I know that sounds too good to be true, but so does the Zager 12 string. My wife loves it and is so glad I'm so happy. The guitar makes me a better player. End of story.

Just wanted to say “I love this Zager guitar”. It took me a couple of weeks, but the sound is great electrified through my Fishman Amp. Got it on time and lots of extras with this beautiful guitar.

I recently purchased a Zager ZAD50CEOM guitar and I couldn’t be happier. The wood work and inlays are beautiful and it sounds amazing. I am also very much enjoying the “easy play” features and can practice for longer periods of time as a result.

Gave me a receipt for billed goods then downgraded the accessories especially the case, and the straps, cheap. Zager reached out to me and followed through with hard case and lots of guitar strings

The customer service is top notch. I recently ordered the 50CE sunburst even though it was on backorder I was kept up to date by email. The guitar was everything I expected played with ease. I'm 69 years young I feel like a kid again. The chromatic tuner was not operating properly so I emailed the company and they responded in minutes. Emily asked to confirm my mailing address and new one is on the way. Fantastic customer service no doubt. Excellent guitars as I own 2 now saving for the 3rd decisions decisions

The process of trying the guitar couldn't have been easier; it was a beautiful guitar, and the sound was excellent. Personally I didn't have the experience I was anticipating with playability, but customer service was amazing in assisting me with the return, and absolutely honored everything that was said about the free return policy. This truly is a different kind of company, a family owned and operated business with emphasis on making the customer happy, and I would recommend trying a Zager guitar if you're in the market for a new one. Bella in customer service made the process entirely painless.

I'm not a pro, just a 60-something grandma/retiree who still loves to play & sing for my own enjoyment and for occasional jams with friends. I've had my Zager ZAD50 since 2006. I have other guitars - Taylor, Gibson, Ovation, Luna - but I always come back to my Zager. It's the easiest to play, sure, but it also has the sweetest, brightest sound of them all. So glad I was gifted this guitar!

Well, my ZAD900 arrived today. I opened the case for the moment of truth. I've been disappointed by ordering guitars on-line before, but I had hopes for this one, based on the advertising, articles, and testimonials. Before taking it out of the case, I strummed across the strings, and even surrounded by the damping of the case, wow! What a guitar! At one time I had a Martin HD-35 and I have to say, in my opinion, this matches or exceeds that guitar! I've always liked the deeper response and was my reason for the 35. This guitar is beautiful and I could not be more pleased. It has that lower response and it is a powerhouse! The playability is great and easy on my older finger joints. I’m amazed at how slick, smooth, and fast the neck is. Can you tell I’m excited? You need to get this guitar in the hands of some of the bluegrass pickers! Thanks again for producing an outstanding line of guitars. I’ve bought and sold more guitars than I can remember, but this will be my keeper ‘legacy’ guitar.

I purchased the Zager easy play guitar for my husband who has played guitar all his life. Lately he has played Martin guitars but due to dementia and parkinsons disease he has complained about the Martins. I took both Martin Guitars to be worked on numerous times but with no apparent change to ther playability. I listened to many famous guitarists trying out th Zager Easy PLay guitars and decided to get one for my husband. He was like a kid in a a candy store when it arrived. He showed it off to all his Bluegrass playing friends who agreed it was a wise purchase.

This guitar played beautifully right out of the box! The sound is amazing and the quality is superb! There Customer Service and Support is fantastic. This is a review of my ZAD 900CE.

Here I am.. every minute of 68 years old. I hadn’t picked up a guitar in 40+ years, but had decided that I wanted to casually pick up one and spend some time relaxing and reliving the good ol’ days through the music of my formative years.
I was a bit tentative about it… fingers slightly arthritic, and brain and reflexes ever so slightly slower than…well, pretty much ever before! So, I tried a few different brands of used and new guitars at a couple of stores. They were Ok, but the few that I considered were a bit breathtakingly overpriced. So, I analyzed and over analyzed and labored over the decision.
Somewhere in early January I stumbled across an independent review of a Zager Guitar that really emphasized what I was looking for…hand crafted, easy playability, simple adjustments to make my reentry into playing a little easier and less fingertip painful, availability of a slightly smaller size, and a really friendly price point! But, me being me, I deep dove into research on Zager Guitars. The reviews from pro guitar players, beginners, youngsters, oldsters and even the expected curmudgeonly critics were almost uniformly too good to be true. But, with a satisfaction guarantee, how could I go wrong? So I pulled the trigger on a Zager ZAD50 OM size acoustic.

Every thing about the guitar as advertised, as reviewed, and as played were far from being too good to be true… if anything, everything that I was hoping for in the guitar was even better… way better…than I had dreamed of! In fact, the whole buying experience, online and via customer service was nothing short of superb.
Probably the best way I can explain how ultimately pleased I am with Zager Guitars and my ZAD50 is to say this…I purchased ZAD80CE only 60 days later!
