As a computer novice and a silver surfer, once I had made my way thro' the Wowcher minefield I was delighted to receive an email from Zac Learning giving very clear instructions on downloading the purchaced programme. I wasn't sure I would be able to do this

By the way, is there a method whereby I can move all these programmes into a collective folder on the Menu list?

I had a software issue with a download and contacted Zak learning. Fabien Ricketts, sorted it all out for me, not only showing me what was slowing my computer down, but also pointing out that I was paying for products that were unecessary, saving me over £150.
Thank you Fabien for the time, attention and patience you showed me and I need to point out that you are a credit to this company. I will use this company again in the future !!

I had a very difficult software download concern that I could not solve.
Fabian Rickettes went through with me step by step and spent a great deal of time solving my problem. He explained at each step what was being done and even pointed out issues that were slowing down my computer.
Problem now solved and my computer is now running faster and more smoothly

I bought a package for Macbook to use with my online course and I have had problems installing it. I have emailed the support email provided three times and no response or acknowledgment!! What am I paying for?

I can't praise Zak-learning.com enough. I was desperate for Microsoft office software and decided to look on wowcher where I found Zak-learning. I have a MacBook so have found it hard to find the appropriate package and have wasted money trying to get the correct item. That said, I thought I had found it with this website but unfortunately when I downloaded Microsoft office, it would not work and I kept getting error messages. I contacted Fabian Rickettes and wow was I blown away with his help. He not only helped me to upload the correct software but he also went the extra mile, helping me to find the correct product. I truly have found them amazing and have no problems recommending them to family and friends. Commendable. Thank you Fabian and Zak Learning.

ZAK Learning have made no attempts to respond to my negative review, even when they told me they would sort things out. They are lying, Cheating Grifters along with Wowcher.con whose platform they use to con people. Trustpilot states that they try to create a platform for conversation, well that hasn't happened and and I'm still out of pocket! Why are these cheating companies still allowed to operate as though they are honest reliable companies, providing a service to the public?

Absolute nightmare wanted this for my tablet but told not compatible after payment
Asked for return of payment but ignored

I had an issue downloading a Mirooffice product purchased through living social. I had e-mail conversations trying to solve the problem but was not successful. After phoning their support, issues solved instantly.
Could not praise enough the ability of the individual who had such a helpful and supported mannerism.

Bought Office 19 package and had trouble installing it. Emailed Zak Learning and within 30 minutes I received a step by step email to resolve the issue. For someone like me that's not very tech savvy, this was so helpful!

I was having major frustrations linked to activating a product I had purchased - after a number of emails back and forth I was offered a remote session by Fabian from the support team. Bought the Office 21 package at a super low price and was somewhat sceptical of the support I would get if things went wrong. Had a minor but difficult issue to resolve which turned out to be my end. Got great support, when emails got the product activated, there was a small issue which was then resolved by a phone call and remote login. I got the type of support you expect when you pay 10x the orice I did for the software. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks Imran.

I bought Microsoft professional 2021 via Wowcher and had difficulty installing. I contact ZAK has they supplied the links etc and within hours they guided me through the issue and it was all sorted.

Excellent customer service. Very polite, patience. I got a call from Zak after I called the office before opening hours. Spoke to a nice lady who was not sure about the installation of software I bought for Mac. Was offered another call back the same day, I asked for ax call back next day, which they did. When I got a bit flustered, the gentlemen from Zak showed a lot of patience. Everything got sorted. I highly recommend this company.
