I bought Office 19 on Wowcher because I will only use two of the four apps on the package. Buying Office 365 with all the software within the office suite would only clutter up my computer with apps I will not use. I upgraded my laptop and had Excel and Word, but was having a nightmare activating the office software with Microsoft. I contacted Zak Learning the seller of the software for assistance and spoke to Fabian.
Well I have nothing but praise for the help I received in activating this package on my new laptop. I will certainly recommend Zak learning to anyone who was in the same predicament as I had

Not worth the stress of trying to install

Please be really aware of what you are buying, bought on Wowcher on impulse (because i only had so many minutes in which to make the purchase). Pictured to include all software within the office suite, so purchased. However on installation it only included PP, Word and Excel, when primarily i bought this product for Outlook. When i raised this with Zak Learning i have to say their assistance was sadly lacking it took days and lots of chasing over several weeks to be told i have should have read the small print (which ok i should have known better than to let the ticking clock pressure me) and requested a further £10 to purchase the outlook product. At this point i requested a refund, after several emails and several weeks I am yet to still receive a response.

With this product being on the Wowcher again maybe my naivety but i thought they would be a reputable company. I have now bought the complete product elsewhere for less than Zak Learning where i have got what i wanted with a company who appear to have a sense of duty of care to their customers.

Sadly my days with Wowcher have also come to an end.

Great company! Fabian in support was brilliant, gave him remote access to my laptop as I was having issues installing software and we went through it together step by step until it was completed. Highly recommended 10/10 service.

Im not good at all with IT and after buying my package I soon got into trouble with downloading and installing. I contacted Zak Learning and was put in contact with Fabian, what a god send he was calm professional and I knew I was with the right person to help me and he did. After a few phone calls he cleaned my computer and made sure I was happy with everything. If Zak Learning was judged by its staffs professional service Fabian would put them right a the top.

I had lots of problems after buying a new laptop, and was unable to install the programme I had bought. However, Fabian sorted everything out, including giving me good advice on other "technical things".
I cannot recommend Zak Learning highly enough - they are brilliant, especially Fabian.

I purchased a MS Office package from this company and had a lot of trouble installing it in my laptop due to my severe lack of knowledge of all technology things. I contacted them about this and Fabian helped me do it, guiding me every step of the way.
I would definitely recommend this company and I am giving them full marks.

Having purchased a Microsoft package I needed further help installing it as needed to uninstall a previous package on my Mac. Phoned Zak Learning and not only were they prepared to send me the instructions but gave me some valuable advice regarding the installation which I otherwise would not have been aware of and then proceeded to 'talk' me through the procedure. Very patient and professional technician - thank you Fabian :)

I purchased Office 2021 Pro plus from Zak Learning and after several attempts I could not install it satisfactorily or get it to run.
I contacted Zak Learning by Email. The response was quick and clear but I could not make the advice work.
I rang them, expecting to get an automated service or call centre, and was pleasantly surprised by a real person based in the UK promptly answering.
Over two very long calls Fabian Rickettes took control of my computer and went through many processes to delete unused programmes and old copies of Office. He could not get 2021 to install either and he decided to install Office 2019 (which gives me all I need but was out of stock when I went to buy it originally) with the intention of updating to 2021 if he was successful.
He did get Office 2019 installed and running for which, I am very grateful and I may take up the offer to update later.
Fabian was polite, friendly, humorous, professional, obviously knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with.

Zak went above and beyond with aftersales support when I smashed my laptop and needed to get office access on my new laptop. He also provided step by step instructions as I'm not that great with technology. It is refreshing to find a genuine company that wants to help you. very friendly, approachable and professional. Highly recommend Zaklearning for Microsoft products and support.

Fabian was absolutely wonderful, in helping me, install and configure my new laptop. He had so much patience and knowledge and I knew I was in good hands.

He gave me tips and information that really will help me keeping my information safe and secure.

I would highly recommend Zak Learning. I struggled to activate a licence key I had purchased, at an incredibly low rate might I add and when I asked for help, I received it straight away. I had great difficulty in downloading Microsoft Office 2021 and eventually contacted Zak-learning. I wish I had done it sooner. Fabian was wonderful - so patient and helpful. He is a great asset to your company.

I bought Office Home pack through Wowcher. Being a retiree, somehow I succeeded in installing the software. However, the Outlook was problematic. After a few calls and emails to ZakLearning, I happened to speak with Fabian. He is a first-class IT support with the right attitude. Whereas his other colleaques didn't understand my issue, Fabian was able to identify the issue and advised me of the add-on that I needed. He even stayed on the call beyond his scheduled shift time, just to make sure that the add-on I purchased was correctly installed. Thanks a million Fabian.
