There were some issues with my order, but Zamsoe is a small, independent company and life can sometimes be challenging. Thank you to Karen for her generous compensation for the problems. There is an issue with communication at the moment, but hopefully that will be resolved. They are absolutely gorgeous products and I know my family will love them. I would shop from Zamsoe again as I have done in the past.

Shocking! Ordered brooch. Was charged. They said it was on its way. It never arrived. Contacted seller. No response. Got in touch with Not on the High Street who also contacted seller. Still no brooch, no refund and no response!
A scam?
Ordered a bracelet on the 20th June from ZAMSOE , a few days later I received an e-mail to say it was on its way, never turned up, tried to contact this company three times with no reply, reported this problem to Not On The High Street and they tried to contact them without luck. I am getting a refund from NOTHS for which I am most grateful for.
Please steer clear of this company, they are useless.

Lovely design. It was a gift, but we're both very happy with it. I was a bit concerned about the lack of previous reviews, but the item arrived very promptly. So I'm glad to write a first glowing review here!
