I find myself coming back to ZapCreatives again and again as there are some great eco friendly products for me to apply my designs to that just don't seem to be elsewhere on the market. They are very friendly and communicative and happy to answer questions which is great when I might not always be certain what I am doing! The proofs are nice and clear with helpful notes. All my products have come out well and I've been really pleased. Production does take a good couple of weeks so do allow for that. Thank you.

I've used Zap Creatives for various products over the last year & a half, and they're by far my most favourite manufacturer to work with! They're always very communicative and friendly, and I really like the artwork setup/proof system they send before production, as it saves me the worry of what they'll turn out like (e.g art mistakes, certain elements of the design missing etc). The quality is always superb, and even when I had an issue with an order, they sent replacements to me within 5 days! Highly recommend!

Ho effettuato un ordine composto da 25 pezzi di charme acrilici fluorescenti. 5 pezzi sono arrivati senza pellicola protettiva e tutti graffiati. Gli altri una volta rimossa la pellicola sono risultati ugualmente danneggiati. L'assistenza clienti 2 settimane fa mi ha detto che faranno nuovamente i pezzi rovinati e me li invierà, ma ad oggi non se ne sa niente.
Per ora non è stata un esperienza esaltante, anche se i prodotti sembrano di qualità. Troppi graffi però!

Always really happy with everything I order from Zap! Creatives. They have a great range of products and I've ordered time and time again with them. Always really helpful if you email them and they keep you updated on each part of the ordering process.

I cannot recommend Zap! Creatives enough - they're so professional, but so friendly too! It makes me SO happy that they commit to offering eco-friendly and recycled materials for their products, when not many other manufacturers do this on a large scale. I love that they're Real Living Wage employers, too - with all the hard work the employees do, setting up artwork, sending proofs and creating the merch itself, they deserve ALL the praise and fair pay!

I've never once had a problem with an order - everything is top notch quality and delivered on time. Customer communication is speedy, friendly and always helpful! Plus, their regular discounts make buying bigger orders SO much easier. Just recently I bought their 100x 10x10cm vinyl sticker deal and they came out AMAZING - many of them are quickly becoming bestsellers in my small business store!

I have ordered a range of products from Zap Creatives and every single one has been excellent quality, with brilliant communication throughout. Highly recommend.

I recently received an order of some of my designs made into wooden charms. It was so easy to deal with Zap Creatives, who were beyond helpful. I was kept informed of my order all along the way and when the samples had arrived I was delighted with the quality of the products which far exceeded my expectations. I'm now placing an order for Christmas products and can't wait to receive them.

I ordered my first set of pin badges which arrived yesterday, I am IN LOVE with them I cannot wait to design more the quality is far better than I expected! Packaging for delivery was so secure too!

Excellent customer service as always. I wasn't sure how to set up my artwork to achieve a specific effect for a recent order but the artwork team talked me through it via email and were super helpful. When my order arrived the charms turned out exactly as i'd hoped.
