I've been using their services for a few years now and they've always been nothing short of fantastic. Product quality is excellent: there's a huge range to choose from with new materials being introduced constantly, including environment-friendly materials. And there's always discount offers going on, too. Customer service is outstanding as well: one time my discount code failed to apply and I only noticed after the purchase, and they immediately sent me the amount that the code would have saved me. All in all, I would 100% recommend their services! :)

Great value for money, good lead times and, most importantly, really good communications and very helpful. Will definitely use again!

A great company with a huge range of products and options for multiple designs and customisations. It is great to have a UK manufacturer of pins and acrylic charms. I place orders weekly and are impressed with their order updates and quality of products.

I was suggested this company by another creative, after I had a bad experience elsewhere. They were amazing from start to finish! It is easy to upload and they kept me updated all the way through. If I had any questions, they responded quickly.
I sent 3 designs to be made into iridescent stickers. They arrived this morning and I am in love! thank you team!!

Have just started using ZapCreatives for wooden pin badges. I'm really pleased with the way my first pinbadges have come out. The are a lovely quality product and I have had a good response to them.

This is my first go at production beyond paper print and it has taken a good couple of weeks for the badges to arrive. I don't have any other experience to compare this time frame to but order well in advance if you have a specific deadline to work to.

Communication has been great and the proofs very clear, with good explanation around these. I found some of the information regarding quantities on the website a little confusing but I think this is just me comparing to a similar form I use for print. I had a clear, prompt and helpful explanation from the ZapCreatives team to help with my misunderstanding though!

That aside It would be useful to have more information on the product page about unit price and also option to display price with VAT on top prior to adding to the basket, as I have found this useful on my printers page.

I have been using Zap for years, they always provide a good quality service. Most recently I have been using there metal charm service and I'm really pleased with the results.

I love Zap! Creatives! They have always done an excellent job of turning my artwork into charms. I’ve ordered both clear acrylic and wood charms, and can vouch for the quality of the print, cut, and materials! Zap’s company philosophy of reducing waste is also important to me (I appreciate the plastic-free packaging!), and is one of the reasons I’ve started working with them to help produce my merchandise. They also are responsive to my emails and questions. Just make sure to order in time for events and cons and you can’t go wrong! :)

I've used Zap for years now and their items are fab. The colour quality is fantastic which is great when getting my illustrations turned into charms and pins etc.I love that there is a really strong focus on eco friendly items and they're commitment to helping creative create sustainable products. Any issues I've had over the years they've been quick to respond to and sort. It's always exciting getting the products in the post!

I decided to go all in with my 1st order, doing 1000 stickers in 6 designs. I was nervous at first because it was a big expense but I was extremely pleased with the results! Their communication was top notch, service excellent and turnaround time was quick. Shipping was fast (customs hurt, but expected given it was going from UK to the Yukon), and the product came out beautifully. All designs were crisp and clear, and the cuts were spot on. No errors and even some extra sheets.

Will absolutely order again when my stock gets low, they’ve earned a loyal customer!

I have used Zap creatives to make two sets of pin badges and some acrylic keyrings and I am in love with the items they made! They keep you up-to-date and give great information and everything you need on proofs. When I've needed adjustments or sent a different image (usually I've accidently sent a file with a white border around the design) they have been friendly and accommodating!

Repeat customer and repeated pleasent experience! Quality products & customer service from start to finish, cannot ask for more. Highly recommend!

Everything I received has been great, but the customer service makes if feel like you're talking to someone on their first day every time.

I have made orders with this company now twice and I have received excellent customer service and very high quality products. I appreciate the dedication to being sustainable and recyclable in their sourcing and will continue to use their service in the future.

I had an extremely difficult experience with Zap! To begin with the first proof they sent me for some wooden pins showed that one of their art workers took it upon themselves to change the colour of the art I sent over - I never asked for this and nor was I asked if I wanted this to happen - which, with my disabilities caused me to have a bit of a melt down and focus on this over the other things I am about to mention.

And sadly though, it wasn't the only issue I had with them as the admin department didn't send the instructions for one of my stickers, or the pins over to the artwork team, and because of the colour change, I missed out on this and originally had them printing the wrong size of sticker however after calling them and making a point - of them being unprofessional in changing the colour of my artwork without asking, saying or me requesting - they redid the sticker I requested in the correct size after I had essentially what amounted to a meltdown on the phone to Karen Sykes, who honestly has their stuff together and I appreciate that, but I can't say that for anyone else I've dealt with from Zap! And I won't be working with them again and I still haven't recieved any sort of apology for this, only a "sorry for your disappointment", which, after what they've put me through really is hilariously bad.

I found another issue yesterday which, due to the pin colour being unprofessionally changed - and in all fairness me hyper-focusing on - I missed out on, and along with the issue above, I do accept my part in missing this out - although I never expected a professional service to disrespect me in the way they have, and then basically just say it's my fault it's happened after they did multiple things wrong before I approved anything.

I was told on the phone when I called yesterday that essentially their artworkers would have realised this - however not once in the proof for my sticker sheets was there a note pointing out how vividly different an element of it looked, I only found this out when I recieved them.

In all fairness, the things which were correct look nice, however the hassle of dealing with their e-mail team and artwork team is perhaps not worth the stress and disappointment you'll possibly receive.

Edit: I've also just remembered that the proofs for the pins were different from the actual product I recieved - the artwork team just put a stroke (basically a border) around the art I sent over, and what I received was quite different and smoother.

What I received was weirdly what I originally asked for in the message that wasn't sent to the artwork team, which again was different from the proofs I confirmed, so I appreciate that at least, perhaps the pin after the first proof with the wrong colour was sent to someone else.

Always a great service to use, and any problems I've had have always been dealt with swiftly by a lovely customer service team. I recommend them to my creative buddies, and was inturned recommended to them to begin with!

I love the pins I have sampled and am about to make a larger bulk order. The customer service has been amazing, so friendly and helpful and its great to see so many eco-friendly options as standard.

I’ve ordered from Zap! multiple times and I love their products. The print quality is amazing, and all the colors turn out just like my designs. I usually order the eco-friendly stickers and clear acrylic charms, and they are both very durable. Their customer service is great and easy to get a hold of. Though I’ve never had an issue, I’ve contacted them with questions/requests and they’ve always been very helpful. Shipping is fast (especially considering that I’m in the US) and they package everything very safely with eco-friendly packing materials.
