Fantastic product and helpful customer service. Would recommend Zap Creatives!

I have been using Zap for many years now and I have never had a single issue. The prices are some of the most accessible, especially for the quality.
In the past I've ordered sticker sheets, buttons, clear acrylic pins, clear acrylic charms, glow-in-the-dark charms and wooden charms (my personal fave) and I loved the results for all. I'm also a big fan of how they usually send some extra units for each design and of how often they offer special discounts. The fact they have so many eco-friendly products now only solidifies my appreciation for Zap even further.

I love how flexible they are with orders if you need more time to submit your artwork, or even if you want to order different amounts for each design. Their customer support is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. If you follow all the templates carefully or order a sample beforehand you most likely won't have any issues. I don't know if they still do, but they used to sell cheap samples of each of their products if you want to see what they look like beforehand.
If you live in Europe I absolutely recommend Zap.

Great customer service and the quality is amazing. Really fast turnaround which I was extremely happy with! The eco-friendly approach they have was a big plus for me ordering from them.

A Real Letdown

I have been using Zap for years and their quality and customer service has always been spotty. Consistency has never been one of their strong points but I stuck around as quality had improved for a time and they were making a big push for eco friendliness.

On my latest order there was a cavalcade of issues- from files being lost (The excuse was I hadn't ordered in 6 months... I had. Some of these designs are less than a year old and have been reordered multiple times in the last few months), the order being delayed due to QA issues ( understandable until the order arrived incorrect and with issues - even more irritating when it was a reorder of a design which had been done by the company several times without issue), poor customer service ( occasionally patonising). As well as numerous other issues.

Around 5 weeks after placing an order I still do not have the order which I have needed to fulfill my orders.

Having found another Eco-friendly wood charm producer I am now looking to move to them or move production in house as this has impacted several of my own customers and can no longer trust Zap to provide items, on time and to a high quality.

I do not blame the staff who dealt with my query, I imagine it wasn't easy for them. But I do not recommend this company at this time and encourage people to look elsewhere such as Sketch Laser.

Edit: Finally was able to get a refund but only after stating I would be looking at legal advice (Following the company quoting legal terms as to why a refund could not be given. In part the legal advice was to confirm understanding) as well a writing a trust pilot review. However the refund was given with the cordial email below thus the increase in stars from 1 to 2.

The sticker quality is decent enough and prices are great however delivery times are really long and you get lots of emails everytime you make a new order. Here is an example of the emails for one of my orders:

Oct 7 - Order Confirmation
Oct 8 - With our proofing team
Oct 12 - Proof email, which I approved right away.
Oct 13 - Thanks for approving, passed to art team.
Oct 13 - Passed onto our production team.
Oct 26 - Passed onto our dispatch team.
Oct 26 - On their way!
Oct 27 - Stickers arrive 3 weeks after ordering.

I thought maybe this was a one off and I asked them why it was taking so long. Their response was 'We are currently experiencing a high demand of orders which are causing some delays. Our production for stickers is currently 5-10 working days from proof approval or artwork sent. '

They say 5-10 working days but I ordered 2 additional times and one took 15 days (after I asked where they were) and the others still haven't arrived (ordered 15 days ago and no sign of them showing up any time soon). I also requested a 2mm border on them which they didn't include in the proof the first time around. They were halloween stickers and I was hoping they would be here in time but that's not going to be the case. My friends has ordered from them and the wait was long for them too.

EDIT: My stickers are finally here and it's a new record! 3 weeks and 5 days from date of purchase.

I've ordered from 2 other sticker suppliers around the same time. One had a turnaround time of 3 days and the other 5 days.

In conclusion I would say buy from them if you're okay with a 3 week wait from date of purchase.

I've ordered from them a fair few times, and they're alright, they are probably the most focused on being eco friendly, hence why I've stuck with them for so long, but they definitely aren't without their issues, so I will give you a few things to keep an eye out for before you order anything.

- Don't order stickers that rely on bright colours on a dark background.
(I ordered stickers with a dark background and bright green font; the font is barely visible)
- Be cautious of the badges you order from them.
(The first badge I sent out had the back snap of in the post, so keep in mind that they are not that solidly fixed.)
- It seems that shipping takes longer than it used to.
(The first order I made from ZAP took 3 days, the most recent one took almost 2 months.)

That's all the warnings I can think of for the moment. I will say they give excellent customer service and are quick to respond, and a lot of the products they provide are wonderful, you just need a heads up for the specifics.

My first order with Zap was wonderful! Customer service was thorough in their guidance and patient with the back and forth. I addressed some misaligned cuts on a sample run and it was dealt with by the time my bulk order came in. Getting a lot of compliments from buyers on the quality of their matte sticker sheets!

I have been using Zap! for a few years now! And every single time; They do not disappoint. They always give you a little extra of what you've ordered which is great for PhotoShoots and in case of extra orders (also for you to have one of your own, which is always great!). The quality, as always, is spot on and they've never let me down, this is including customer service! I will always find myself coming back to Zap to check up on offers and new items!

I ordered some of the recycled acrylic charms and the colours printed so well and I even received a few extras which is always lovely so I can have a copy of my own product. highly recommend.

I ordered some samples of the custom shapes eco paper stickers, the quality of the stickers were great, the communication throughout the creation process was amazing, i had the opportunity to make changes after the first visual proofs, but didnt need too, i would highly recommend.

Amazing level of detail on their acrylic key chains, design is highly customisable and the production & shipping was very fast. Responsive customer service. Worth every penny.

Seriously excellent products and quick, helpful customer service. I had a few questions about my order and got helpful answers and above-and-beyond service (including adding a second pin-back to my pins). My order came super quickly and looked absolutely great, and I ordered during their busy holiday season. (I'm writing this review very late!)

I'm really happy that Zap! Creatives offers eco-friendlier options like wooden pins and recyclable stickers, lots of flexibility in terms of sizing and quantities, and affordable shipping. The stickers aren't as hearty as vinyl stickers, but that's kind of the point, and so I'm happy with the color and thickness of them. The color and detail on the wooden pins is crisp and clear, and they're a nice, substantial thickness.

One work of (very mild) warning: the wooden pins come with a layer of protective paper that has to be peeled off. I was initially bummed to see that the printing on the pins was so light, but it was just the protective paper. (And peeling it off was sort of fun?)

I've recommended Zap! to lots of friends who want to make pins and stickers but are mindful about environmental impact and minimum quantities.

I've been using Zap for over a year now for printed birch and cherry wood charms. The print quality is excellent and their quality control team are great. Ordering is easy and they are very helpful with formatting artwork for print. Love the care they put into making sure everything is eco-friendly (including packaging!)

Really happy with my charms once again; the colours were super vibrant and they've gone down well with my customers! Thanks again!
