I use Zap for their eco stickers and pins and not only are those options fantastic and well ahead of their competitors, but they print beautifully and I'm always impressed by their work! Would recommend!

Zap! was my first and only acrylic charm vendor since around 2019. After 3 years of being a customer, I had to change vendors. In my opinion, I felt like Zap! was better managed in the beginning compared to now. It seem like it somehow got worse over the years... I'll try to be detailed about my experience:

PROS:
• Very vivid and bright charms. They achieve this by using white print in between your design and it can look great.
• The acrylic feels sturdy and good quality. The thickness isn't too bad.
• Easy to use templates that give you a good idea of what your charm will look like. You have control of the cut and hole placement.
• Quick email responses from staff.

CONS:
• Extra white sometimes bleeds past the design, causing grainy edges.
• Design is printed on the back of the acrylic and the extra gloss doesn't protect the design from scratching off.
• Hole size is inconsistent. I've receive charms with too small holes to put my regular chains through. Had to buy smaller alternatives just for one batch.
• Inconsistent quality checks. I've received batches of misprinted and broken charms while working with them.
• Inconsistent proofing. Out of the 3 years I was buying from them, I've only received proofs twice (and they still got an order wrong on one).
• If THEY make a mistake, YOU pay for it. They don't give out refunds despite their bad quality checks. (I'll detail my experience with that below)
• Too expensive for their lack of consistency of proofing and quality control.

Here's the biggest issue I had where I dropped them as a vendor completely:
I ordered 3 batches of holographic charms that was a total of approx~$700. When I received them about a month later, the print was messed up on every single one of them despite my design file being accurate to what I wanted. I emailed support and they said that since they didn't send me a proof, they could give me a partial refund (about $350 back) and I keep the charms to sell as duds, or I send it back for them to fix and they pay approx ~$80 of shipping (60 GBP). I didn't want to sell misprinted charms, so I sent back the box for $120 extra (shipping was $200 and they paid about $80 of it). I get a proof this time and it looks perfect. I wait another month to receive my new charms anddd... they were wrong again. They sent me the wrong holographic design despite the proof they sent me saying otherwise. I email them AGAIN and ask for at least a partial refund for the extra money i spent to send them back to get them right. They said I could send them back to get them fix, but they cannot give me a refund if I keep them. I couldn't afford another $120 to send them back so I kept them. I spent nearly $1k for charms that were still wrong.

In conclusion, I honestly wouldn't recommend Zap! to anyone with large orders. They do have very good quality of charms, but they're so inconsistent that they're not worth the risk for how much you have to pay. If you buy charms in small batches, I think you're less likely to get screwed over.

EDIT: Thank you Zap for replying and being very kind! But, the last incident that cause me to change vendors happened in late 2021 and not in 2019. It's still rather recent, unfortunately. I do hope in the future things improve and I can try y'all again!

When first ordering from them, I was a bit wary due to the overall costs of products like acrylic pins, but once they arrived, I ended up enjoying the overall quality of them. Moreover, they were surprisingly quick to respond and managed to explain the questions I had clearly. The only problem I came across is that some of my pin’s designs were chipped from the back.

Fantastic print quality on the wooden pins and speedy service, would absolutely recommend Zap.

Love love love! I run an eco-friendly illustration business and recently ordered some pin badges and charms from Zap Creatives. They are excellent quality and have managed to keep all of the tiny details in my drawings beautifully. Their customer service is great and I will be ordering regularly for the foreseeable future, thanks guys!

I've become quite a regular customer at Zap! Creatives for their Acrylic Charm services. Time and again they have turned my art into super great quality products that both myself and my own customers are very pleased with! As well as this they have an incredibly personable and helpful team and a very quick turnaround time in comparison to other merchandise manufacturers I have used!

The service & communication was really great. The shipping time was okay, a bit longer than expected. But the cutting lines are not really perfect and most of the stickers have imperfect edges, because of the way they were shipped/delivered.

I’ve always made my sticker sheets at home with a printer and silhouette cutting machine but since my online show has become quite popular and I’ve gathered quite a few different designs I’ve been a bit overwhelmed with the production of them. I decided to try out an external manufacturer to make my life easier and found zapcreatives through a google search. I ordered two designs, 25 each to test them out and I must say I’m amazed by the quality! The printing looks beautiful and the kiss-cut is perfectly aligned as fas a I can tell. The only negative point is that the die cut looks a bit rough but since I have a heavy duty guillotine cutter I can simple recut the sticker sheet sides all at once.

I’ll definitely order more of my designs from them and plan to move all of my sticker sheet as well as sticker flake production to them!

So fantastic!! This is the first time I've used Zap Creatives services and I was a little weary since it was all new to me. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome! I had ordered some sample stickers and I was surprised to find more than one copy! The print quality is highly accurate to the original image with no bleeding. I'll definitely be ordering from them again soon! :D

I ordered some sample Brass metal charms from them and they are absolutely gorgeous. Design team were great, translated my design well into the cutting proof. Also customer service team took my special request about shipping during the Christmas period, no problems at all. Was kept well informed throughout process. 100% recommend!

I ordered 3 steel pins from Zap, in 30mm and 25mm sizes. The staff was extremely helpful during the proof and ordering process, helping me understand the layers of the proof, and helping me quickly ordering new versions as I worked on my design. The pins are very high quality and look great. I'll definitely be using them again.

I ordered a single charm sample from Zap creatives to see how good their services are and get a rough estimate of how long it takes to get their products and I can definitely say I'm pleased and will be using them for the full charm run. I recieved not one but two charms both excellent quality and it was made within a week and only took one day to ship.

It was my first order and I'm more than happy with te result! The team is helpful and the realisation was quicker than I expected in this time of the year plus I was informed about every step. Thank you! Will definitely come again!
