Friendly efficient professionalism
This was an experience of extreme efficiency.
Made an online appointment for a telephonic consultation with the doctor for Friday morning @ 8h00. A very profesional, friendly and to the point consultation and advice.
The medication was delivered (and paid for by the medical aid) the next morning just after 12h00. In Pretoria, after being dispathed from their pharmacy in Cape Town. The first time ever I saw the courier (Yanda) give an exact time countdown - in minutes- of when delivery will take place. And arrived within 5 minutes of their estimated time.
Highly recommended.

Such a convenient service
Such a convenient service! So glad I don’t have to book a face to face consultation with a doctor and incur waiting times, costs etc just for a script. The doctors at Contro call you on time and get to the point and your order arrives 2 days later. Brilliant.

Great service. Excellent communication. Friendly staff and doctor. Very helpful and explained everything and answered any questions i might have had. Great company. Delivery was speedy and very promptly. Great all round experience.

Everything is simple and straight forward. The response and the next step is always clear and communicated immediately. I loved my phone call consultation with Dr. Wihcone Mouton as she made me feel so comfortable. My medication was delivered quickly and in time for me to take it. I am so grateful that Contro exists.
