I ordered a product for $700+ that was listed as "IN STOCK" and "Ships in 3-7 days" on their website. Two days later, the order status was listed as "awaiting payment." I emailed and called, and received no response. I continued to email and call daily with no response. I missed a call and received a voicemail yesterday, five days after my order, from someone who said they needed to speak with me about my order. I called multiple times and left several message with no response. Then today, six days after my order, my order status changed to "Cancelled" with no explanation or notification. I emailed regarding the change and eventually received an email that they were "alerted by their supplier that the product was unavailable." They said they refunded my card, and I confirmed that the charge was removed, so at least that is good. So they held my money for six days and didn't contact their supplier to order the product for 5 business days. Not cool. Also, the product still shows as "IN STOCK" on the website. I ended up ordering the bed from another company, who immediately confirmed the bed was still available from the supplier. Definitely will not be using this company again.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!!! Here is my story: I ordered some chairs from Zappystores and I never got a confirmation email for my order. I called their number and verified that they had my correct email address and the man "Paul" said he would send me an email. I never got one. I also tried sending an email to their customer service and only got an email back saying, "we will update you on your order shortly." with no further follow up. I had tried calling several more times but the number would lead me to a voicemail. I left at least 3 voicemails and I never received any calls back. I also tried emailing several times with no response. Finally I did get someone on the phone and it was "Paul" again. He gave me the tracking number for my item. I searched FedEx for the tracking number but all it said was "shipping label created" on the day that I ordered the chairs (a week ago), and no evidence that the item is actually on its way to me. Now when I call from my own phone number, after the automated message comes up and I select my option, I get disconnected. If I dial from a different number, it goes through. It seems like my number has been flagged by their system.
