Selling tickets for 40 years, Zas Ferries isn't just another online ferry website. Founded in all the way back in 1981 on the small Cycladic island of Naxos, we're a small company where our regular customers know us by name. Today we've got two offices in Naxos town and if you ever want to pop in to say hi or have any questions, we look forward to your visit. A couple of years ago we started selling tickets online. But we'll never be a faceless name on the web. We'll continue delivering the personal first class service that we always have - since 1981.

Thanks for writing this review. We're incredibly sorry about what happened. Sometimes when you call the ferry company directly this can happen. We can only presume that this is what you did.
If you had called one or numbers during business hours somebody would have answered the phone. We get plenty of calls during the day and our prompt and available telephone service one of the advantages we offer over the ferry companies who are often swamped. We're a small company and we never get too busy.
We also provide rapid support via email and there is always someone on hand to answer emails quickly and professionally.
Please accept our apologies once again for what happened. We hope that you might consider using Zas Ferries in the future.

The ship left on time,there was enough space to sit , a launch read or eat or chat with friends and deck to see the sea.
Washrooms was clean.

I was able to book my ferry to Kaparthos from Rhodes with no problem and as a solo parent travelling with a young child this was amazing.
