One of my favorite Paros experiences
I accidentally booked for the wrong day. I was on my to port (a day early) when the company contacted me to confirm my next day trip. I couldn't believe my mistake and asked if there was any way they could accommodate us that day as we were almost there. They made a call or 2 and then confirmed we were good to go. And they were so nice about it. The weather was perfect, our skipper was excellent and it was an amazing day.

It was very enjoyable
It was very enjoyable. We saw many different places that are not accessable without boat, the food was delicious, atmosphere was friendly. Pretty cool trip.

I experienced transportation from naxos to ano koufonisi and back,fortunately with zero wind.
Pleasant,safe transportation.
The little port in Aghia Anna was lacking organisation but I guess this is not relevant to zas tours.

The most unprofessional tours agency I have dealt with
I booked “Shared Full-Day Sailing Cruise from Agia Anna. Swim, Snorkel & Dine at Sea” a week ago for today 24/07.
I made it to the meeting point at the time agreed (8:40am) and no one showed up.
At around 8:45 am, I started calling Zas and they kept telling me that the person in charge of tours was not around but would called me in 5 or 10 minutes. At 9:20am, 20 minutes passed the departure time, I tried also contacting through WhatsApp. They read my message but didn’t reply until 9:38am. At that point all they said was that the supplier company would contact me directly.
In the meantime the supplier company was not aware of my reservation based on what they said. Ultimately, they ended up picking us up at 10am to do the tour.
If I could give Zas less than 1 star, I would. Independently of who made the mistake that caused our booking to be forgotten (Zas or the provider company) I paid Zas to coordinate this activity for me and they didn’t do their job. It’s absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable that no one was around to assist.
EDIT: the answer is such a disappointment. I checked the order on my profile on Zas web and my phone number is correct, for obvious reasons won’t make it public here. I don’t have any message or missed call from the provider the day before. Lying to blame the client is pretty low, even for you. Equally, when we called the provider we were told they didn’t have any booking for that day and they were doing technical maintenance on the ship so it seems that not only the provider didn’t communicate the changes to me, but also forgot to tell their captain he was navigating that day.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review and thank you for your booking. We're incredibly sorry that you feel let down and we can fully appreciate your frustration. You expected your excursion to start at a certain time and there was nobody around. Communication with us (although we were on hand), didn't really help you out. Instead you had to wait around and you ended up doing the cruise an hour later (10 AM rather than 9 AM).
Having looked at this case, the provider of the excursion reports that he changed the start to a later time. He had wanted to contact you the day before but it appears you had mistakenly provided a wrong phone number - so he was not able to reach you. Unfortunately, he also didn't inform us so that we could try reaching out to you a different way. We've since spoken to him to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
We can assure you that your booking was not forgotten.
Once again we would like to offer our full and unreserved apologies. We have already learned from this and we will do better. We hope that you still might consider Zas Tours for any future excursion bookings in Greece.
Regarding your update: The information we have provided is what was reported to us by the supplier. Perhaps the issue stems from the fact that you didn't remove the leading zero from your phone number after the dialing code. We will be looking into this too - our suppliers should be aware of such issues. Once again we want to apologize sincerely that that your cruise started an hour after you expected it to. We believe we have been professional, courteous and fair in this matter.

Departure times were incorrect
The times given for the boat transfer were incorrect both ways. Luckily we got to the port early and were told about the return journey time once on board, but annoyingly it meant we had to leave an hour or so earlier than we had expected

This particular excursion works with a boarding pass which is sent to you directly by the excursion supplier and here the correct details were presented. We're also glad that you were given the correct departure time on board and everything worked out fine.

Love Koufonisi !!
Smooth process with handy pickup and dropoff from multiple Paros locations. “cruise” is really just transportation, but it runs more convenient routes than ferries do, and worked out great. Alexander made our visit to Koufonissi, which was AMAZING, possible and enjoyable.

Everything happened very quickly
Everything happened very quickly. I had trouble making the reservation on my phone, and the support team was very helpful. Now we just have to enjoy the cruise!

Ended up a bad experience - updated by request of Zastours
Update - I am told that although I booked my tour through Zastours my complaint should be directed towards the carrier Kerras Cruises.
While I understand that to my mind my contract was with Zastours (money paid to them) I had no issue with booking the trip with them.
booked a day trip with Zastours to Koufonisia from Naxos - boat operating the trip was Kerras Cruises. Generally in the way out a smooth trip then a little bit rough but maybe to be expected in Cyclades. On the way back again smooth cruise - stopping at Agnia Anna to drop some customers off. Then what should be approximately 20 minutes if so to Naxos port. As we round the headland to come into port the driver of the boat suddenly went incredibly and uncomfortably fast. Was very frightened and then he just as suddenly turned the boat round with no explanation to most of remaining passengers. Sped very fast back to Aghia Anna to drop off some passengers who had forgotten to get off when it stopped first time. I wasn’t staying in to be driven by some crazy young guy again and me and another couple who were also u happy with the way the boat was being driven also got off an we got the bus back to Naxos.
The appalling way the boat was driven for that lady 15/20 minutes was a terrifying experience - I spoke with Zastours office on my way back to my apartment and they could see how much it had upset me and told me to complain the the harbour master - I’m leaving tomorrow so that won’t happen but I have to say I wouldn’t use them again

Easy booking process, great experience
Making the booking was quick, easy and reliable. Specifically for the _One Day Cruise from Piso Livadi in Paros to Santorini_ trip, the bus service to get us to the meeting point and back was impeccable, everything was on time and Afrodita, the tour guide, was a great presence throughout the day.

Easy booking online. Cruise was as advertised- well catered, small group size and nice relaxing day out.
Unfortunately the first booked date was cancelled due to bad weather. We were informed and rebooked for next day, but this also got cancelled and we were not advised, so wasted time and money turning up. Eventually Zas travel sorted us out and we got a cruise 2 days later.
