Santa Maria at Sea!!!!
Maria at Zas was great. She took the time to explain to me our options and when I came back the next day she helped the 8 of us book our partially private catamaran cruise around Paros, Rina Cave and Naxos.
We took the Santa Maria and the Captain and skipper were great. They honestly explain where our course was taking us based on weather conditions. Offered to let my 2 small grand kids a cabin to nap in. The food and drinks were fresh and tasty.
I definitely recommend the trip to really enjoy a stress free day.

Unforgettable day at Rina cave and Koufounisia.
The cave and Koufounisia have crystal clear blue waters and are amazing. On the boat there are enough drinks for everybody and the food was of good quality. The crew is very helpfull and friendly. We had an unforgettable day with the family.

Fun day, a bit too long.
We enjoyed our time on the tour seeing beautiful beaches and eating yummy food. However, we felt that the tour was rather longer than necessary. There was a lot of time where we were just sitting on the boat waiting to go to the next destination. The kebabs and salad were good, however if you want a true vegetarian/vegan option besides salad be sure to book far enough in advance and let them know. The wine offered was good though the “three glasses” were each very tiny. The snorkeling was not as good as compared to snorkeling in the Caribbean but seeing the cave was cool. A shorter tour ultimately would have let us enjoy the day more, though we still had a good time.

Don’t believe them! No transfert
The trip on boat was ok, but they promissed a transfer and never did it. On the website, there was a question avout the transfer and I put my address. Next day after, I received an email asking me for passport info, and I asked about the transfer. The person told me that no transfer was planned! Fortunately we had a chance with our local host.

We would like to apologize for what looks like a mix up in communication. The tour you booked doesn't include a free transfer. However, on the booking form we have the question 'If you need a transfer, please tell us your location for a quote'. Looking back through our email communication we believe that you thought that there was a free transfer included and we were just asking for your location for this. Perhaps you mis-read the question or just glanced over it. We have all made similar mistakes.
In your email you asked about the free transfer to which we replied that there was none included - not realizing that you had asked for a quote which would have helped us to understand your confusion. So here too we made a mistake.
We are truly very sorry about this miscommunication and we must try harder to avoid such occurrences in the future. We must also say that it was a genuine miscommunication and we would never intentionally try to deceive anyone.
We're glad that despite this mix-up you enjoyed your boat trip and that you found a way to reach the departure point.

Good experience
I booked my tour on a Zastours agency and I was nicely welcome. All required information was given during the process. However, the first lady welcoming me was not able to understand english on an easy way.

Fabulous cooking class!
We had a fabulous time in our cooking class learning about Greek recipes and making the dishes with the guidance of our wonderful instructor. We loved the whole experience and enjoyed the delicious meal we prepared together. This class was a highlight of our trip to Naxos! Would highly recommend!

I am the retreat leader that George…
I am the retreat leader that George (Zas Tours) helped organize activities and transportation for, a 20pax group trip, and I am so happy with the services. He helped us with the Jason Cruises tour of Rina caves, ferry to Delos/Mykonos, hiking to Mt Zeus, and all the necessary transportation in-between. I would recommend George and Zás Tours.

Came in with my boyfriend to book a romantic boattrip, the woman showed us pictures and booked us what we thougt to be a cute boat.
The day of the trip we arrive and see a big boat filled with about 90 people, some who didin’t even have seats and had to sit on the floor of the boat. We called the booking agency and they said to come to them to get a refund or another less crowded tour but when we got there they were refused to give us a refund or another tour since they had shown us pictures (mind you the picture they showed us had maybe 10-15 people on the boat not 90!!). So we were not able to get a refund even tough we were mislead about the tour. The lady was super rude and told us it was our fault to have expectations, when i asked why she didin’t tell us it was a 90 person tour when we had told her we wanted something small, she said “you didin’t ask how many we could book on the tour”.
0/10 would not recomend this agency.

We would like to express our sincere and genuine apologies about the apparent mix up in communications. The boat tour you booked (Jason) is one of most popular tours and regularly receives rave reviews - but indeed it is for up to 96 people. It is not private or what is sometimes called 'semi-private'. We try to make this clear on the website (we clearly say up to 96 people), but we appreciate that sometimes photos can be misleading.
We also fully appreciate that this time we may not have understood your requirements for a small romantic cruise in our office. We should have been more clear about the number of people on the boat. We're truly very sorry about that. It's our job to understand our customers wishes and we failed to meet your expectations this time.
However, we don't feel we were dishonest with you or tried to trick you in any way. That would never be our intention. Having been on the island of Naxos for 40 years we have a good reputation to maintain. This boat tour is one of our most popular tours because it offers great value for money and all the reports regarding the destinations, food and customer service are always top notch. So we are also very saddened that you didn't have a good time because you felt it was too crowded. We genuinely tried to provide an experience that would enjoy but we didn't succeed in doing that.
Once again, we would like to say sorry and that we will learn from this experience.
We truly hope that the rest of your vacation went well and according to your wishes and that you might still consider booking with Zas Tours in the future.

Great day off
The trip consisted in the transportation to Delos, than a transfer to Mikonos and then back to Naxos. Departures were always on time, navigation smooth, friendly staff, price well worth!
