Management of our building was recently taken over by Zenith and inevitably there are small wrinkles to iron out at the start. I have to say that, so far, i have found the support teams extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. In particular, Alex Clarke, Jacqueline Brown and Emma Nicholson have all been exemplary in their attentiveness and efficiency. Thank you all.

The company management are not professional and need a lot to learn to reach the professionalism. Lots if discrimination is going on and minimum wages paid for very long shifts.

I dealt with Alex who was great. He provided me with what I needed the same day I emailed (the day is not over yet)!. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Most important for me he provided excellent customer service.

Zenith have always been very responsive to any queries. Where possible they are always accommodating when I have requested changes to payments etc

Alex Clarke in property support was quick to handle my request and friendly to work with.

Excellent assistance from Alex - I have had an ongoing issue in regards to monies which needed to be transferred and this has meant a lot of back and forward communication. Alex has been great and has always made it seem like it wasn’t an issue and has always been more than willing to help.

Dealing with Mathew Petit has been excellent. He is prompt with dealing with the post completion matters on the property I had dealings with.

First experience with Zenith. Just moved in and had a few queries to resolve - first impressions very good and Chris Tipler was very polite and professional in very quick responses to my emails.

This company is incompetent. Carpark's gate has been broken for months, lifts are frequently broken every now and then. Nothing's fixed! They always needed a second reminder from tenants before sending out the readings like more than a week later. They even tried to blame me for not including my apt number when requesting, trying to cover up that they have overlooked.

We need to purchasae extra fob and Alex Clarke helped with all the arrangment. The process is quick and pleasant, Alex is very polite in every communication!

I had a query regarding service charges and Jacqueline Brown was very helpful and polite. She helped me with my concern very swiftly.

Earlier this year, there was a mix-up in Zenith's records for correspondence resulting in what initially was an unpleasant experience for us, and this was subsequently cleared up. Kudos to the Management for being fair, and we subsequently noticed a marked improvement in services from the Zenith team.

Recently, in my writing to a general nameless email account with a query I had, I did not expect to encounter such personal and excellent service from Alex Clarke. Alex not only replied my email promptly, he did so with clear explanations on the next steps I needed to take. He was very helpful and pleasant in our email exchanges and with his guidance, I managed to make my payment for the service charge from overseas on time. Appreciate you Alex, thank you!

Thank God that there are still people who do not hesitate to help others and I would like to say with respect that Mr. Chris Tipler is one of these people. Some time ago, I was issued a fine by mistake, and by contacting Mr. Chris Tipler and stating the reason for the mistake, I asked him for help to follow up to correct this mistake. Fortunately, this mistake was resolved by his action and I am very grateful for his help!
