Ordered 2 items. One needs returning. No response from email address for returns on website so now stuck with item £100 and can't return it!! Avoid!!

Overpriced, cheaply made produce from China. If you ask for a refund don’t expect to get it. Shockingly bad. Avoid!

Stupidly ordered men’s leather aviator jacket as Xmas present.Only when I paid discovered it was not coming from London and yes you’re right Hong Kong.Immediately emailed to cancel Oder and requested refund.Email ignored and eventually received notification that the item had been shipped so couldn’t cancel.Delivery dates were way beyond Xmas.When it arrived it was a total joke.Please avoid this company and save your money.Nothing like what was advertised.Made out of teddy bear material with plastic belt.Couldn’t even take it to a charity shop.TOTAL SCAM.

Delivery was faster than I expected, and the quality of the clothes is really nice. The fit and fabric feel premium, and I’m happy with my purchase.

Fits perfectly and looks exactly like I imagined. Wearing it makes me feel confident and comfortable.

Cheap Chinese imports, not great quality. Trying to scam by similarity with a well known brand. Clothing is unbranded with not even the care labels. Possibly not conforming to British standard, and definitely not cashmere as suggested. Beware!

I have requested to return the item I purchased a month ago, but my request has been ignored. I have been consistently emailing to arrange the return, yet I have received no response. This is unprofessional, and customers have a right to return their items. Not only is this disrespectful, but it also contradicts the website description, which states that customers are entitled to return items they ordered.

It’s refreshing to see a store offering classic, timeless pieces rather than just chasing trends. Definitely a brand I’d return to.

A web search for external hard drives turns up a reasonably-priced example -- but when I click on it, it takes me to the site for this clothing company. Several, possibly related, clothing and makeup companies seem to follow this shady practice. AVOID!

I appreciate that they cover the shipping cost themselves. It shows a nice level of care toward their customers.

The collection has such a thoughtful and timeless style. It feels both elegant and comfortable and really shows attention to detail.

Placed order hair dye for men , order has not been completed and no response from emails sent to customer service . Avoid this company like the plague a complete scam

I have been trying to contact Zephoria to organise a return and refund of two dresses. Despite a number of emails I have had no response. Don't want to end up paying for products that are no use to me.

Do not use, all I want is an exchange for another size, I have sent constant emails, and I'm getting no response, absolute joke. I paid good money for a jacket, and am fuming that they are not responding. This should be a minus rating

Ordered ladies boots when they came eventually they were nothing like the order. Very cheap poor quality disgusting. Never buy again

The skirts are of such poor quality it is laughable. Do.not buy from this company. In a word Terrible

This should be a minus rating not one star. My wife bought a pair of shoes, when they arrived they were nothing like they should be. Asked for return label they dont do that, they expect you to return item to china at your expense, even though bought in uk. Cost of postage was same as price of item (Approx).
Offered partial refund but it has never materialised, all the excuses under the sun but no refund and this has been going on for months.
Just a bunch of scammers. Dont buy from them, you have been warned.

Bought 2 pairs of branded trainers with discount. Chased them for almost 6 weeks. They sent me 4 non existent tracking number. When finally something arrived, nothing even remotely close to what it was supposed to be, wrong size, wrong everything. Tried to return, no info where to send and no replies. When tried to claim money through credit company, they contested and it is ongoing pain for a few months. Be aware! Scammers
