Scammers!
Bought 2 pairs of branded trainers with discount. Chased them for almost 6 weeks. They sent me 4 non existent tracking number. When finally something arrived, nothing even remotely close to what it was supposed to be, wrong size, wrong everything. Tried to return, no info where to send and no replies. When tried to claim money through credit company, they contested and it is ongoing pain for a few months. Be aware! Scammers

My order took weeks. When the trainers came they were nothing like the picture.
They said I could have a 20,% refund. 6 weeks later I am still waiting

They are not based in UK they are from China. Avoid at all costs

Do not use !! Have been waiting over 4 weeks for my refund. Been chasing constantly , they take days to reply with the same used template. Still waiting for my money back which I doubt they'll ever give.

Also wanted £30+ to return to China.

I ordered a dress when it arrived it was too small, I contacted them they admitted the sizing was wrong but now modified. I requested a return but they offered me a 30% refund and keep dress. I accepted 30% but why would I keep a dress that does not fit. Still awaiting refund nearly a month now. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. GOODS VOME FROM CHINA. I PRICED RETURN POSTAGE £22.

Everything went wrong. Shoes arrived after lengthy wait, cheap, nothing like advert,small for size. After many emails I was asked to return shoes to China. I was unaware I was dealing directly with a Chinese firm. I was offered a partial refund which I have not yet received.
My advice steer clear of this company.

I was mis-sold a pair of trainers that were advertised as being Gabor and offering orthopaedic support - what arrived was totally none of the above. I was told I could return them to an address in China at my expense.
Despite having “London” in their company name, they do not have a base in the UK.
I would not recommend this company.

I would have given no stars. This company advertises goods as 'Gabor' but imports plastic shoes that look nothing like the images on their website. They offer refunds within 30 days of delivery, yet I returned the same day - tracked and signed for - to address on package (holding warehouse in the UK under the name 'Etarget') and over 1 month later, no refund received. Royal Mail confirmed goods signed for yet they deny receiving goods. Emails received from gmail.com account (clearly not from the UK), asking for my order number, then asking me to return to China at my expense! Avoid this website. Total scam
