I am a bit disappointed with Zippy Travel I was contacted by them after booking a flight with American Airlines/ British Airways They said they wanted to arrange seat reservations for my party I was unsure of it being a scam However we arranged the seating for 3 people and I was given up dated paper work . It turns out later that the seats were not reserved I had to pay again Plus one of the seats did not exist . When enquiring with them about who gave them my details Hit with a brick wall of standard answers and un answered e mails Trying to find out who regulates them to make a complaint

Adeeba helped me throughout my request for last minute ticket and was very polite and answered every question i asked and was grateful when i finally received my E ticket .

Adeeba helped me to leave my tickets opened, after cancelling the first dates, which was a big relief for me and she helped me to get another one. I disturbed her severally, but, she never for once get angry with me. I'm really grateful to her, because she makes me happy.

I have been speaking to Eric for couple of years now, always been very helpful, polite and professional. Spoke with Naeem in Eric's abscence, professional, polite and helpful. Cant complain. Will use Zippy Travels again and will ask for either of them. Thank you both for booking my tickets.Kamini

I am so upset with this agency. I had approached zippy travel for unaccompanied minor for my 2 kids. Ms.Alisha had a very friendly and convincing style of convincing me to book my ticket with the. Soon as the money was transferred to their account, she was unavailable and Mr.Haroon answered my call...He said he will issue the e-ticket but it's been 4 hrs since I received any response from them. When tried to contact them, another gentleman answered the call mentioning even Mr.Haroon left office and would be back on the next working day. (date when my kids actually are travelling). I highly wish noone will ever face this horrible experience from them.

Here i am giving my review with so much of pain.
Please Do not approach this agency for anything.
If anyone goes for it means,they are going to suffer like me.
I am loss at 1000 pounds.
In a situation i booked ticket for my kids as unaccompanied minor.
And i have raised a complain against this agency to police.
I hope hereafter they wont go for such fraud things everafter.

Looking for a flight with Qatar Airways from LHR to BKK and the telephone number for Zippytavel came up.
I spoke to a Mr Peter Johnson and explained I needed to get to Thailand next month and would he organise it with a reasonable flight cost. This he did with remarkable efficiency and having made searches myself I knew he could not have done much better on the cost. He organised all my special requirements with Qatar and confirmed them with me. Within a few hours, everything was done and my tickets were emailed to me. Could not have asked for better service. I will certainly contact him again for future travels.

Alisa has been a true gem during our move from London to Miami. We had a hard time to arrange flying with our cats in cabin and she researched tons of airlines and rules tirelessly, made all needed calls to confirm and reconfirm all policies and took so much weight from my shoulders. She was also very very personable and caring, understood how we felt (overwhelmed and stressed) and remained patient and loving up until the day we landed in Miami and assured her our journey went well as planned. Alisa will be my travel agent from now on. Highly recommend her!

I found Zippy Travel via Google and was assisted by the lovely Kamal Kumar. He was extremely efficient and responsive. I would have taken many hours on the phone with BA and probably wouldn't have found such a good deal if it wasn't for him. I highly recommend their services.
