More expensive than booking directly with the airline. Friendly helpful staff but not worth an extra £136

Ian has been fantastic and very helpful.He is patient and always ready to answer any questions and assist. Our flight has been the best experience and did not face any problems or delays. Despite the worries I had, Ian was able to take me through and explain every bit that I did not understand. I would recommend Ian to anyone who would want to book with this agent.

Peter was very customer friendly and helped me in booking my ticket.

Eric Edwards was really helpful and managed to help us get to Jamaica for a very fair price as we have a sick grandmother to go and help look after I’m so pleased thank you Eric

Great service…I can’t put it in to words how good these people are,to be honest without Eric’s service my family wouldn’t have reached India now,there was a schedule change few days before Eric and team generously gave us alternative options,then an error noted in the ticket just two days before flying,cannot blame the travel agent as we didn’t notice the spelling error,anyway they worked hard to resolve the issue and sorted everything out without charging a single penny,thanks very much Eric and zippy travels highly recommended already passed your number a couple of my friends,thanks again.
