Difficulty in tracking

Difficulty in tracking… utterly deplorable with delivery expectations… no emails to express to customers when to expect delivery… do not answer or reply to phone calls…lost my confidence to buy from this company… updated delivery notice on Dec 12… still no signs on January 11… paid extra for insurance? For what reason! Still no delivery! Is this a money grab?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered several hoodies as Christmas gifts that says 3-5 days for processing and 7-15 days for delivery that was early November and now it's Jan. 10th. I have tried countless times contacting them from their site with NO/0 response back from them, and I've tried using their email to contact them but every time I tried it that way, it kicks me off of my email and have to start over without being able to send the email, and it happens every time. This site is a scam and needs to be reported to an agency who will go after them for their crimes

I placed two orders on 25th November

I placed two orders on 25th November, hoping that I would get them before Christmas, one I did receive which was a present for me, the other was two presents for two other people, I have been tracking this on a daily basis, then on 2nd January 2023. It stated that my parcel had been delivered, but it hadn’t been delivered to my address. I contacted Evri as there was no photo ID showing that the parcel had been delivered. I have now received an email from Evri stating my parcel has been lost in transit and to contact the sender, which means in my terms someone has nicked this and enjoying it for themselves. I have contacted the sender 3 times by email and received no response. I have paid for shipping insurance on this and I am absolutely fuming.
I want what I paid for.

Where is my package?

I keep sending them emails, nobody's responding & I still haven't received my Hoodia. It's been over a month now. At this point I just want my money back.
I wish I had read the reviews 1st!! Don't order from them.

I got my product after one month

I was about to make a claim on my money when I recieved my order today 01/06/23. I ordered it on 12/08/22. It took nearly a month
I was supposed to get it between 12/24/22-12/28/22. I read some of these reviews and to be honest I thought I was a victim of a fraud as well. I think this is small business and they haven't figured out how to manage their business properly and promptly. I tried to contact them like all the people complaining here and I had no response from them as well which made me think this was a scam but it wasn't, again they need to mange this business better. Hope this review gives some relief to the people that still waiting on their orders

If give zero stars if i could. I ordered 7 hoodies for Christmas the last week of November. My husband ordered 2 at the exact same time. He paid for Express shipping and I did not. His order came about a week before Christmas. Mine STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. I have sent 6 emails that have gone unanswered and the phone number is always busy. So 7 people did not get gifts for Christmas and I'm out $100+ . DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. I do have a hoodie from them and I do like it but I don't recommend unless you order 2 months ahead and pay for express shipping.

Buyer Be Ware

Ordered 11/28.
Company confirmation email said, processed in five days, delivered in 15 days. Both were lies. Processing was not done until 12/12. Tracking program stopped updates after 12/22. As of 01/04, I have recevied nothing. Filed dispute through PayPal. Manufacturer told me to wait another 14-21 days. Almost two full months from order date.
Poor customer service. Misleading information. Hoping PayPal will get me my refund.

Disappointed customer

I placed an order on December 13th, got a tracking number which does not work and I have not heard anything since. I have sent 2 emails and the only thing I get is discount emails. This is the worst company ever, DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

Bogus company

Christmas hoodies ordered December 17th and I have yet to receive them. I was sent an email stating they were shipped but the tracking number when entered says they are in Jamaica NY and not moving. Contacting my bank for a refund and joining class action law suit if there is one.

I am still waiting for my order of 6 hoodies. I really wish I had read the reviews first.
I paid through PayPal and hope by raising a dispute, something will get done. Next stop my bank if nothing comes from contacting PayPal.
Not an ideal time to get it sorted

this is a SCAM run!!!! the phone numbers are a joke the tracking number is fake and they are theives...I'm still waiting and my order was " sent out on the 12th".

Scam Website

Wish I would’ve come here first before I ordered from Zipy Hoodie. Should’ve known something was up when they can’t spell zippy correctly. Never received my order. No reply to numerous contact attempts. Phone number provided gives busy signal ( no such thing anymore). Order tracking website is a sham too. Do not order from this website, nothing but thieves. Where is the class action lawsuit? Im joining it.

Do not trust this company

I have tried to contact this company through Phone and email. No response back. I ordered end of November and now it is the end of December. I cannot get in contact anyway would not trust company or refer this company again.

Order #42477 & 42854 was made in early Nov 2022. Orders were sent to some address in IL. I made several requests as to why and response was they would contact me in 2 or 3 business days. As of yet I have not received any contact.
