Do not be fooled by the beautiful pictures online. What you see is absolutely not what you get. I ordered from Zoey New York thinking I was getting a nice piece of clothing, but what arrived was a complete joke.
The entire garment is just a cheap, flimsy piece of fabric with the design printed onto it. They didn't even bother to use real buttons—the buttons are literally just a flat image printed onto the cloth! It feels incredibly cheap and looks ridiculous.
To make matters worse, their customer service does not support returns. Once they have your money, you are stuck. Consider this company a total scam and a complete financial loss. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Poor quality, close to 3 weeks for delivery, deceptive communication, refusal to issued agreed upon refund. Foreign, most likely Chinese company posing as US company based in Florida. You don’t discover until order is processed that the items have to be shipped into the US and subject to customs delays. Never ordered from Temu but can’t imagine their quality is worse. Partial refund promised within 5 business days on 9/15 has not arrived as of 9/29. No response to my follow-up email.

The item I received was incredibly different than the item I ordered. I spent over $100 on a dress that arrived looking very cheaply made and MUCH different than the website description and photos. The photo on their website is clearly AI. Their website states they will refund an item within 60 days of delivery, however they are refusing to do so. They offered me 25% back originally and then 10% back as a final offer and offered to let me keep the dress so I wouldn't have to pay "international shipping" even though their website states they are located in Florida. I will NEVER order from them again and highly suggest that no one else does. Horrible quality and customer service. I'm so disappointed and angry.

this store should close down people shop elsewhere. it looks nice online the clothes are poor quality, it takes forever to receive the merchandise- sizes are not accurate, they rather you keep the merchandise instead of exchanging it, i spent 49. on the pants, they told me to keep the wrong size and refund me only 4.99 never EVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP THERE. Poorest, cheapest quality I’ve ever seen! It feels like a child’s costume complete with the thin ties around the back of your neck and stitching that my two-year-old could’ve done! The fabric is thick and plastic feeling! Buyer beware it is nothing like the picture

This is my last email to Zoey Newyork, after they offered 45% store credit. I have been emailing them since day 1 of placing my order. It will explain itself and the 1star review. Polite customer service, sticks to the script. Awful seller, terrible quality, misleading images of products.

Offering 45% discount on a future order does not resolve this issue. The quality of your products do not match the price you are charging, even with 45% discount.

I have said from the start that the erroneous addition of the second item to this order was my main concern. Your site offered 10% discount on the exact same dress as soon as I placed my first order, and assumed you were offering 10% discount on this 1st dress. When I clicked yes to the 10% discount, another 2nd dress of the exact same design was added to my order, without me going through to a payment page to confirm if I wanted a 2nd item. Bad way to do business, why would I want a second dress of the exact same design?

I emailed customer service immediately, and was told the order was already processed, and I could not cancel that second dress. However, the order didn't ship until several days after you said it was processed. You lied so you didn't have to refund me nearly $100.

Upon receipt of both dresses, I found they were not the dresses you advertised, giving a totally false impression of the quality, material and style. The dresses I received were cheap in look, cheap in fabric, and something I would not spend $30 on, let alone nearly $100 each. I contacted Apple to dispute the credit card charge on one dress at least.

To resolve this I will accept a full refund on one dress, and a prepaid shipping label from you so I can return one dress on the order. I see your business address is 1525 Melvin St, Tallahassee, FL 32301, USA. I assume you send returns here?

This is the worst experience I have had with an online seller, and any reviews I write will detail the above issues.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. No customer service and to get a refund is impossible.

This company is fraud , I order three outfits, I received 2 and requested a return label , they were around with me on emails, saying they would credit me 25% percent , then 30% , then a 45% present credit and I could keep the clothes . I said no I would want a full refund Emma is who emailed me. Now I can't get a response on emails . They will not send return labels or refund. $200 dollars lost in this sight. I will report them to the BB. And keep requesting my money back. I have tried every effort and will contact my bank that they are a fraud company showing they are out if Florida. They said it would of cost to me to send back the clothes and it would be expensive. I still insisted on a full refund, they will not reply, Do not purchase from this company they a fraudulent sight

Not only do they include minimal information about their clothing in each items description (no size charts or fabric details), but when that information is requested through customer service the size charts provided are incorrect and fabric detail requests ignored. Needless to say, though between sizes I ordered one of each and both were wrong, when the larger size should have been a little too big given their size chart. Fabric is cheap- no wonder they don’t want to advertise this in product descriptions.

In addition, this company advertises themselves as being based out of Florida. And while their policy states returns and refunds are available in their policies, when you request return instructions they are slow to respond and for days on end refuse a refund instead offering store credit to varying degrees. When a refund continues to be insisted, after a week of arguing, that’s when they hit you with a return shipping address in Asia at your own expense.

Absolutely horrendous customer service and misleading advertising. I will never order from here again or recommend this company to anyone. Please learn from my mistakes and do not give them your business. You will be sorely disappointed.

Item purchased was not the item received…filed a chargeback claim…after many emails to company…buyer beware….

Terrible customer service. Customer service will not communicate with me or let me return my items. They told me the fabric was a blend of linen and cotton. I received item and the fabric was cotton and very poor quality. Now they will not tell me how or where to return my item that was never worn and still in original packaging. Fraud

I ordered a variety of dresses from several different vendors as options to choose from for a close friend's themed Bachelorette weekend. I chose this vendor because the available styles were on point and the vendor was located in my state (NY). I didn't have a lot of time from when the themes were presented until the actual event so strategically chose vendors based on location, return policies and shipping. On the return policy piece, the website notes that returns for full refund are accepted within 60 days of receipt. However, buyers beware that its separately noted that buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. I spent almost $400 and didn't receiev a single package until the week AFTER the event took place. I received 4 different packages that appeared to be drop shipped which likely contributes to the poor customer experience and the vendor trying every trick in the bag to avoid refunding my order. Since I initially reached out on August 6th explaining the reason for the refund request, there has been a total of 9 email exchanges and I still do not have the information necessary to return the items. Additionally, it appears that different people are responding to the email asking questions that have already been answered in the initial email and offering ridiculous alternatives like a 30% store credit for future orders and I can keep my order. How many times do I have to say I DONT WANT IT! I DONT NEED IT! IT DIDNT COME IN TIME AND I WANT A REFUND.

Beyond insane. Ordered a dress 5 months ago. They refuse to refund me and I still til this day never have recieved the item. Scam!!!!!!

I would give it a zero if I could. I have never written a negative review for anything in my life. This is a first.They falsely advertised dresses as one thing and when they arrived, they were a completely different looking dresses. Nothing like their picture. Instead of being solid, they were vertical stripe dresses that looked like I belonged in a circus. They would not refund and they would not send the correct dresses. They told me if I wanted to return the wrong merchandise that they sent, it would be at my cost. I will never order from them again. They offered me a 30% off coupon for another purchase. I wouldn't use that if you paid me!

I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service from this company. Within minutes of placing my order, I contacted them to cancel it and was told it was already “too late” to cancel. However, the order didn’t actually ship for nearly a week and took over two weeks to arrive.

When I finally received the shorts set, it was not the same style I ordered. While the color was correct, the design was different and the quality was extremely poor and not at all what I expected based on what was advertised.

What has been most frustrating is the customer service. Communication has been very difficult, responses have been slow and unhelpful, and I have not felt that they’ve made a reasonable effort to resolve the issue.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company. The inability to cancel an order minutes after it was placed—despite it not shipping for days—combined with receiving a different, poor-quality product and the lack of responsive customer service has been very disappointing.

This company is a scam. Do NOT place an order. I placed an order and received a completely opposite outfit from what I ordered. I contacted customer service and after much back and forth, they have gone from offering 15% off on my next purchase, to 30% then to 45% and now up to 60%. Told me I could keep the item. I explained I didn't want/need the item. It's NOTHING close to what I ordered. I said please share the return address. They have their address listed as 1525 Melvin St, Tallahassee, FL 32301, USA on the website. Do yourself a favor and google that address. However, they address you return to is in China.

After much back and forth they are now offering me a 20% refund of my purchase amount. This is an absolute scam. DO NOT USE!!!!!

This website is a scam!!! I ordered the Donna Karan strapless ruffled A line gown and received a dress that looks nothing like it. The dress I received looks cheaply made - like handmade; it has no tags, it looks worn/used. When I reached out to them and showed them photos they want to offer me 15% discount to buy something else from them. WHY would I do that when they can't even send me the dress that I ordered? I have already filed a fraud report with the Federal Trade Commission. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!
