Faulty goods,not suitable for purpose.Disgrace of a company, no aftercare. Waste of money,avoid at all costs.

"They keep deleting one-star reviews from their website.
“Ordered two Hock splints. The splints are £95.00 each and I would expect it to last much longer than just a few weeks.
Due to manufacturers faults / faulty goods, and not suitable for purpose sale, reported one day after the guarantee term expired, didn’t asked for a refund but was hoping to get a replacement as both splints are clearly faulty, and not “wear & tear” situation.
Emailed them the pictures of the cracked splints, both in the same pattern / way split and broken. On the phone they agreed it should never happened.
This company agreed to replace ONE, but ONLY if I pay for a second one, or none at all. Trading Standards informed.
Appalling customer service, arrogant and patronising email responses from Joss, and more likely will receive one more on here in the same patronizing manner. Will not recommend to purchase anything from their website. They keep deleting one-star negative reviews from their website.”

Never ever use them

Never ever use them. I ordered on their website a hind boot u have to click hind or front. I clicked hind. It however ordered a front, I didn't know. One came. I rang immediately to be told I have to pay to return and them pay for new postage. Absolutely zero customer care or after care. Spoke to one lady who said would Tey to get me a free return. Recieved a reply from Joss, who blocked any replies, telling me no only if wrong size or faulty. I was prepared to exchange. Now I want a full refund. Will do by registered and have taken video and pictures to proof never used. I wish I had read the 100s of really bad reviews b4 I bought from them.

I have a scrrwn grab of the email Joss sent last night with reply and reply all deliberately faded so that when you try to reply, you can not. I will find out how to upload such kn this thread. I was 100% prevented from replying. Today, after this, the reply was no longer hidden or suspended.

Once your product is back with us, we will refund you within two working days. Please look out for a confirmation email once this has all been processed.

Just to be clear, we have not prevented any of your emails from coming through. You emailed late last night once I had left the office, so I didn't have the chance to reply yet.

I will put this email up on TrustPilot, we are a small family business and it is important to me that we are completely transparent with reviews.

Terrible.

Terrible.
Be warned. The company are crooks.
It took ten days to finally get answers to questions prior to the purchase. I have purchased said brace. It's real pain to put on and doesn't stay in place. To send it back - I have to pay and I have now been told I may or may not get my money back - but I'm welcome to pay for and order another brace - if I wish. I'm not surprise by their behaviour. But I had greater hopes and expectations of a company. You have been forwarned.

I have copied the email I sent afterwards so that other customers can see full transparency. We are a small business with only three employees, so it is very important for us to be honest with poor reviews so other customers can see we try are hardest.

Dear Susie,

I understand this is difficult but I am here to help you make this easy.

We are very happy to help all our customers with exchanges, we do this every day so please don't be worried about the turnaround time as we can do this quickly for you. We know it can be difficult to buy online, especially for dogs.

We ask all our customers to send the brace back 'as new' with no dog hair or damage, I understand you have been using it outside and are probably worried about the mud. Many customers clean the brace using a roller or similar, so feel free to do the same. I am sure you will do a great job. We have strict rules to stop people from sending back braces full of dog hair.

I am sure you will do a great job of cleaning it, we very rarely have products which are returned hairy, maybe only twice a year, so I am sure you will do a great job.

Once it is back, we can then do the exchange.

Ordered splint for my Border Collie.

Ordered splint for my Border Collie.
Fantastic support from Emily and Joss.
Can't thank Zoomadog enough as this splint us keeping my dog alive, without it it's an unthinkable decision that has to be made as her leg is permanently broken, can't plate as it failed before. Leg can't come off as her other leg isn't 100% either, knee keeps discolating.
I won't give up on her yet.

Fantastic brace and fits beautifully

Fantastic brace and fits beautifully. My dogs personality returned within a day or two. I assume that meant she felt better. She's playful and happy with the carpo flex on. It appears to be doing its job. The ligaments are being rested and the fabric is cushioned. She's able to go for short walks again and is gaining confidence with the reduction of pain in he leg.

Front vest for small wheel chair

Perfect fit once I'd bothered to read the measurement instructions. He is a much happier dog with the front vest and it supports him well. The sniff of a sausage and he whizzes off on his wheels !

A brilliant product

Great service and a brilliant product. My dog hasn't walked so well in months. I measured her front paw at 5cm so I ordered the Large boot 5-6cm but it was too big. I had no problems sending it back. I ordered a Small 4-5cm and it is a perfect fit. It's a bit expensive but totally worth it and I'll be ordering another for her other front paw.
