They allowed me to correct a mistake in the order, emails were friendly and the order arrived very quickly.

Super product that we are now using everyday for our DM boy. Next day delivery as selected, and it arrived on time, but I do feel that a £15 charge for a next day Royal Mail service feels excessive for a pair of dog shoes.

Buster Mac, our Yorkie suddenly went from bouncing around to no back legs at 12yo. Took to his new wheels in minutes and now he's back mobile again - new lease of life so far🙌

Great customer service. Delivered quick, and although it didn’t work for our dog, they refunded the money promptly; no questions asked.

Been meaning to get something for a while now to help our pug stay upright - he had spinal surgery as a pup and can cope in general, but recently has been falling over a lot easier and can't get back up.

After a little struggle setting up (you will need to make small adjustments to get it just right), he took to them right away. We've spent two days in the garden and have now moved on to short walks to build his strength. He now wags his tail when going out, something he didn't do before due to discomfort.

I ordered the wrong size boots, I rang Zoomadog, they were extremely helpful, and I managed to post the boots to them and had the correct size delivered within a few days. Excellent service and super boots.

My girlfriend's dog has a corn so has the little booties to take the pressure off. I took the dog for a walk and one came off without me noticing so I had to replace them. They're very expensive and were 3 day's late arriving.

The boots arrived quickly, sent to France, and my dog Rubia has no problems wearing them. I would say that a left and right would be good for dogs wearing 2 boots because of the velcro fastening. also, Rubia is a galgo, and while the boots are the perfect length (measured as per the website), they are rather wide, so a slim fit might be a direction to take.
Also, a preview of the total cost would have been useful, since the postage was quite expensive for a light parcel and then another quite large sum for import tax. I recognise that the UK is no longer in the EU, and this is inevitable, but the consequence for a state pensioner was considerable

This dog chew toy is a real winner! The high-quality material keeps my dog entertained for hours, and it's sturdy enough to withstand even the toughest chewers. An excellent investment for keeping my pup happy and away from destructive behaviors.

Fast, no-quibble service when I wanted to return an item for refund.
Now that I have the right size, these are the best fitting and wearing boots I’ve found for a greyhound. Not cheap, but I have wasted money on several cheaper boots that either wear through very quickly or won’t stay on or both.

Please be careful before parting with any money as this company not only provide bad customer service, but deliberately ignore customers.

I placed a very simple order for a harness for my disabled dog two weeks ago. I measured her carefully and selected from the sizes listed on their website.

A few days later a harness was delivered however it was the wrong size. I double checked and saw that on their website Zoomadog has listed sizes that are completely different to the Manufacturer’s sizes.

I telephoned and politely informed them of the error, following up with an email with screenshots of their own website and the manufacturer’s label so that they could see their clear error.

This is where Zoomadog then decided to display their dreadful customer service skills (or complete lack of!)

They tried to say that I “might” get an exchange if I can ensure zero dog hair on the item. I had to point out to them basic consumer law given this was entirely their error.

After that battle and sending the harness back to them, I then received a replacement harness from them (I had to beg for it to be sent within a decent timescale!) which was now TWO sizes too big.

When I emailed to ask why this was I was ignored. I therefore telephoned and spoke with Joss (who from companies house appears to be the owner - companies house details have been obtained by me as this is now likely to end up with me taking them to small claims for a refund and also costs incurred).

To my shock, Joss actually stated in both email and on the phone that she had DELIBERATELY sent the wrong size!

Apparently Joss knows better than the customer and ignores what size you have measured your dog to be.

I then had to battle to get a returns code to send this harness back to them and by now my disabled dog had gone over a week without a harness at all (her previous one having broken and this now being urgent). I therefore had to place my order with a competent company who had the right sizes on their website (and who delivered brilliant contrasting customer service)

Joss agreed in writing to action a refund. 3 days later the refund has not only not appeared, but Emily at Zoomadog has just confirmed on the telephone that the refund hasn’t been actioned at all.

I had emailed the last 3 days asking for them to confirm the refund, they have read the emails but ignored all of them.

It has now been 2 weeks since I paid for a harness in good faiths from them and I have no harness and no refund.

Exceptional incompetence, staggering arrogance and they’re swiftly heading for a day in court.

Please avoid ordering with this company, you risk them holding your money and sending entirely the wrong items repeatedly.

So happy with our Walking Wheels! Chose to order from Zoomadog because I couldn't find any stockists near me, and was very surprised at their quick arrival, only took a couple of days all the way from the UK to Norway. I've had orders from inland take much, much longer!
Really good customer service, and we're very happy with the wheels for our Pug Milla. :)
