WORST BRAND– not worth the money!

Girls, please don’t waste your hard-earned money on these bags. Local bags are honestly much better than these Zouk bags.

I recently bought a Zouk bag for the first time for ₹1600 from their Infinity Store, Malad (W). Within just one month, all the straps started coming off one by one. I never carried anything heavy in the bag—just a water bottle and a tiffin—yet the quality was extremely disappointing.

I’ve used local bags worth ₹700 before and never faced such issues. After this experience, I checked online reviews and found that many others have faced the same problem.

I am very disappointed and will never buy anything from this brand again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointing experience with Zouk. I placed an order for three wallets on 24th February 2026 (Order ID: 1840327) and even after almost 15 days the order has not been dispatched from the warehouse. The tracking status is still stuck on “Order Placed”. There has been no update, explanation, or communication regarding the delay. For a brand that promotes itself heavily online, such poor order fulfillment and lack of customer support is unacceptable. Customers expect timely dispatch or at least proper updates.

आर्डर रिसीव होने से पहले रिव्यु दे रही हु , मेने 16 / 02 /2026 को प्रीपेड आर्डर किया , मेरे कार्ड से भी पेमेंट भी हो गया और ज़ौक़ ने आर्डर भी एक्सेप्ट कर लिया और कूरियर कंपनी delhevery को हैंडओवर कर दिया , अब आज shiproket कूरियर कंपनी मुझे कॉल करके बोलती है , आपके पेमेंट में इशू है अगर आप आज कूरियर लेना चाहती है तो आपको 2338 देना होगा othervise आपको आर्डर 25 दिन बाद मिलेगा जब हमे ज़ौक़ से पेमेंट मिलेगा। इस बिच ज़ौक़ कस्टमर केयर से कोई कॉल नहीं आई अगर उनको पेमेंट से कोई इशू था। आप लोगो ने इस बैग कंपनी को जो one star रिव्यु दिए ये ज़ौक़ इसी लायक है। प्लीज dont ट्रस्ट व्हाटएवर बैग qualtiy it is , money भी matter करती है। माय आर्डर नंबर इस 1829013 है

Order id 1678820

Order id 1678820, I had ordered this bag but the bag size is too big so I cancelled it but still till now no executive has come to pick up the parcel. This order was placed on 4th November 2025 and today it is 1st December 2025, it has been 1 month. Such poor service is provided by Zouk, now I will never order from Zouk nor will I suggest anyone for Zouk.

Worst product and pathetic services

I recently bought a bag from Zouk (purchased from their store at M5 Mall, Bangalore) and was quite disappointed with the experience. The bag didn’t even last four months, which makes me suspect it could have been old or dead stock.
What’s more concerning is that Zouk provides only a 3–4 day warranty and isn’t willing to repair it free of cost. Even if I pay ₹250, there’s no assurance the bag will last longer.
I expected better product quality and customer support from a brand like Zouk. Sharing this here so others can make an informed decision before purchasing.

This is the worstest Indian brand which i have ever seen. Firstly, if we are not satisfied with the product, we can return them, but we cannot get refund. Instead, they will give you points. This makes us to buy on the same brand. Secondly, whenever you check the our desired product it will always be out of stock. Thirdly, they will send the messages for the bag availability, but when we check, it will be like “No products found”. Seriously, very very very disappointed. GIRLSSS PLEASE DONT GO FOR IT!!

Very bad customer service and support. They are not interested in customer's complaint even after many attempts to reach them. Will definitely not recommend to anyone
I have purchased the Item on 14th July .
Till date (4th Aug)i have neither received the refund nor the product

Highly disappointed , Don't order #ZOUK

This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. I placed an order on your website, only to find there is no option to cancel it directly.
That’s absolutely ridiculous in 2025 — any basic e-commerce platform should allow cancellations before dispatch. Instead, I was forced to wait around for the delivery attempt just so I could refuse it at the doorstep.
How inefficient and outdated is that process?

But it doesn’t end there. After cancellation, your team claims that refunds are processed in 7–8 days. It’s been well beyond that, and despite multiple follow-ups from my side, there has been zero response from your end. No update, no action, no accountability. Is this what Zouk calls customer service?

It’s honestly a shame, because the product quality might be decent — but your complete lack of customer care ruins the entire experience. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. I expect my refund to be processed immediately, and a proper explanation for the delay.

I placed an order with Zouk on 1st May…

I placed an order with Zouk on 1st May 2025 and paid in full. Even after several follow-up emails, my order has neither been delivered nor refunded.

Each time I reach out, I get vague responses like “your order is out for delivery” or “wait a few more days,” but no specific update or resolution has been provided. It’s now been over 45 days.

This kind of service is deeply disappointing, especially when there is no transparency, no tracking, and no accountability. I am now going to file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline.

If you’re planning to shop from Zouk, I highly recommend being cautious. I truly hope they improve their customer support and fulfil orders on time in the future.

I am quite frustrated as my prepaid…

I am quite frustrated as my prepaid order has still not been delivered.

Despite the tracking system showing delivery attempts on 25th May and 27th May, no delivery agent contacted me or came to my address. The address and phone number provided are correct, and someone was available to receive the order on those dates.

Please clarify what the issue is and provide an immediate solution. This delay is very disappointing, and I expect a prompt resolution.

Disappointing purchase

I purchased the Rhea Kapoor Clutch – Pithora Artistry from Zouk for ₹1700, expecting a quality product. Unfortunately, the actual product was quite underwhelming — the color looks dull and nowhere close to what was shown in the photo, and the material doesn't feel worth the price.

The most disappointing part is the return policy. They do not refund the money to the original payment method, but only offer store credit in the form of a gift card. This essentially forces customers to make another purchase, even if they’re unhappy with the product. Feels like a trap, not a good customer experience at all.

Zouk really needs to work on product quality, reasonable pricing, transparency in photos, and a more customer-friendly return policy. Would not recommend based on this experience.

My order took a month to deliver BE CAREFUL

I ordered bag from this zouk, it took me a month to get the order. I was continuously follow up with the team regarding my order. They're so reckless I have ever seen. This is my horrible order in my lifetime it wasted my time and energy.

Pathetic service, no support or response from the team. My bag was supposed to be delivered last week. The tracking show that it reached my city 5 days ago in a facility that is apparently PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Wrost experience

I bought a bag and have been struggling for the last 17 days to return it. Five days ago, they initiated a second return pickup, but it has been 7 days now and it still hasn't been picked up. There has been no refund or replacement. I'm suggesting that you do not buy from this company. If you do buy, be aware that the return, refund, and replacement processes can be very problematic. Think twice before making a purchase.
