Beautiful product, and good customer service to follow up delivery.

Ordered 2 items. One was fine and the other was not as per the description / image. We ordered a white basin which was not white - it was more of a cream colour.

No problem, we asked to return the item using the 30 days returns policy. Unlike many / most of their other competitors however, with Zure you have to pay for the shipping yourself which, at least in isolation, is probably acceptable / understandable.

However, they then charge you a 20% restocking fee. While this in itself was enough to never use Zure again - there is also no refund provided after this gouge - only a store credit.

Look elsewhere people - there are far better options available at similar costs and with better service. I will never use Zure again.

They answered my email queries promptly and their overall attention to service was fantastic. Put this together with their great product choices with super quick delivery (interstate) and it makes for a positive experience.

Ordered an LED mirror cabinet on a Tuesday arrived in Brisbane on the Saturday. All in one piece, very well packed.
It is even better quality once seeing it in person.

I was not sure initially about risking an online purchase but I could not find anything else that suited me. So far so good ....super fast delivery...well packaged...good online support.
