I cannot recommend Zuvees at Florist enough. Their communication was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The flowers they delivered were breathtaking—I was kept informed at every step, including a video of the bouquet before it was sent. Their use of WhatsApp made communication seamless, and the payment process was completely effortless. The staff were genuinely fabulous people. Over the past few months, I’ve ordered several bouquets for different occasions—my sister’s baby, her birthday, and her return home from the hospital—and each one was outstanding. I would highly, highly, highly recommend Zuvées to anyone looking for a florist in Dubai.

Exactly what they promise, every time
I’m based in London and have used several international flower delivery services before so I don’t say this lightly. ZUVES (Dubai) has been consistently exceptional.
This is my second time ordering with them, and the bouquets look exactly like the website, same level of detail, same quality, no surprises.
What really stands out is their communication. They send a video of the bouquet before delivery, so you know exactly what’s being sent. They’re also very responsive on WhatsApp, which makes the whole experience seamless and stress-free.
Ordering and payment are straightforward, and the service overall is incredibly smooth.
It’s rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, especially when ordering from abroad but they do it flawlessly.

Ordering from the UK made simple.
I made an order from the Uk, via WhatsApp I was able to communicate that this would work. Within an hour of ordering my flowers were out for delivery! I was sent a picture and video prior to confirm I was happy. A truly outstanding service and quality of product. We do not have this luxury in the UK sadly. I will be using Zuvees again and highly recommend them. Thankyou all who helped me.

Zuvees is a Brilliant Florist
I have used Zuvees in Dubai 3 times now, I am so impressed with them. Their website is easy to use, their flowers and gifts are amazing and of the highest quality and their customer service is excellent.
My daughter lives in Dubai and I live in the UK so send my daughter flowers and gifts on special occasions or just because! It is so comforting to have a company I can trust and rely on to do this and Zuvees is definitely that. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you Zuvees!
