Avoid at all costs, they sent the wrong items but refused to cover the costs of the return. In the end they agreed they would refund 100% but I have e-mailed them about 30 times and they are now ignoring me without refunding. Absolute tat

Really good customer service, I placed the order and got notification the delivery was going to be the next day, I wanted the delivery address changing if possible. I spoke to a very helpful lady who said she would do her best to catch the parcel. I later received an email confirming that the delivery would still be the next day.
On the day of the delivery I received an email confirming the 1 hour delivery slot and the parcel turned up 2 mins before.
