We've had a great experience with Barker and Stonehouse from ordering the items we ordered to the delivery. The products came well packaged and protected, and were super simple to assemble (where this was needed.) We had an issue with a missing part (a washer) which was handled really well and efficiently by Rebecca in their Customer Services team. We'll definitely use Barker and Stonehouse should we need any more furniture.

All round great service. They notified us in advance with the time slot for our delivery and we were able to track the progress. Their driver called to let us know when they were coming and both delivery guys were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were that good, that it's a pleasure to take the time to write this review.

Great customer service and a really good quality sofa. We didn't feel sold to, but there were always there to help and advise when we needed it.

I used these guys for the first time, having used other removal firms in the past. I have to say they were by far the best company we've ever worked with. Pamela, our move coordinator, was excellent from beginning to end, and was always available if we needed help. The removals guys, John, Pawel, Decian and Aidien, were also fantastic. Very polite, careful and VERY fast!

We purchased a Bari tempered glass dining room table from Dwell. As it was tempered glass and designed to be used for every day dining, we expected it to be hard wearing. This was not the case. Instead we noticed a number of scratches appearing, which really ruined the look of the table. When we raised this with Dwell, they said it wasn't their fault and were not prepared to do anything about it. We now need to pay a company to remove the scratches from the table. We will NEVER shop with Dwell again. Don't be fooled by their upfront customer service. This is just designed to sell you stuff. The after sales services is appalling!

As you can see from Dwell's response below - lots of empty words... but no remedy! Complete waste of time!

Amazing service and product. Ordered our made to measure frame and it arrived a couple of days later. The picture fitted perfectly in the frame and looks fantastic. The frame and glass is very good quality and well worth the money (although more expensive than some of the standard frames we've previously purchased.)

We have made two purchases from Photowall and rate them very highly. The quality of their wallpaper is brilliant and it's incredibly easy to put up - if you follow the instructions and take your time.

Their customer service is also first rate. We had a problem with some wallpaper we ordered (our fault / not theirs) and they worked really hard to get us the right product and got it to us on time.
