We have been booking flights to Thailand for several years now through 123flights. The prices are good and the service prompt and reliable.

We always use 123flights to book our holiday and flight tickets and their customer service is generally very good and we always find their prices to be reasonable and cheaper than most other travel agents. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very prompt dealing by 123flights. Looked into my requirements without prompts for vegetarian meal etc.

Excellent service every time... Have booked flights with 123flights 3 times now and every time they have been great!!!! Would recommend to anyone.

We are regular customers of 123flights and always start here. Then see if the offer can be bettered but inevitably end up with 123flights. A good and efficient service. After I posted my review, I read the others and cannot imagine that we were talking of the same company! Our many many reservations over the years have always been trouble free, including one after sales mistake which was my fault, but 123flights rectified it at no cost. They didn't have to !

Excellent service from start to finish. I was a little unsure at first however Jade is extremely efficient & professional & found me an unbeatable great fare & was reassuring all the way. Later Neil & Calvin got involved & I received the exact same excellent service from them both. Following the transfer of funds I had thought the service would change but no they kept in touch with me until they confirmed clear funds in their account and my e-tickets promptly emailed to me while I was on the phone. We will definitely recommend to all my friends & will not hesitate to use them again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brilliant lady called Jade. So helpful. Did her best to get my flight tickets and seats.

The agent whose name was Neil was polite friendly, but the great thing was he listened to my needs requirements and gave varied suitable fare saving options. Tickets and delivery were on time. Will definetely use again. Thanks Neil.
