I’m glad I found out about 123 Flowers. They are by far the best online florist I’ve come across to date. The flowers are good quality and last. They are reasonably priced and delivery is speedy. Whenever I’ve had to change the delivery date the staff have been accommodating - thanks.

Recipient was very happy said they were beautiful- I was a little apprehensive ordering but being about 130 miles from them had to attempt what was best!

Want a company that ignores you when things go wrong?
Ordered flowers plus a card, around £50 altogether.
Despite uploading a picture to the front of the card, it was printed with a picture of an error message!
Emailed raising the issue on 15th August, now its 24th, still havent heard anything.
I get systems make mistakes, however no excuse for poor aftersale service.
Want a company that ignores you when things go wrong? Otherwise, look elsewhere.

They charged £16.99 for a standard bunch of sunflowers (on the website it says 7 stems) on arrival there were 3 sunflowers. That pride is extortionate for 3 sunflowers, I raised a complaint and the response back said there was nothing wrong with it. Unfortunately I can no longer trust 123 flowers, as they don't seem to care about their flowers and seems to intentionally mislead on their website. Avoid 123 flowers.

Very disappointing. Nothing like the image on the website. Complained and they said there were no visible quality issues!
Literally nobody outside 123flowers would say this in any way looks like the advertised flowers. If I could I would add images so you can make up your own mind.
