Easy to order, arrived the next day and my friend was delighted with the flowers.

The flowers my daughter-in-law received for her birthday whete a bit bedraggled this maybe because they where in a Royal Mail van for a few hours, she sent me a photo of the flowers and I was disappointed with the look if them. I had an email from 123 flowers asking if I was satisfied to which I replied I wasnt. I sent a photo of the flowers to them. There customer care is excellent and resolved my complaint with compassion. I have used 123 flowers in the past and have always been satisfied

I'd totally give a negative review if I could. The picture of the bouquet is nothing like what they sent. Forget the size, even the flower count is off. They totally ripped me off. The flower quality is bad too. You try the helpdesk and nothing happens. I'm super disappointed. You could get a better bouquet at Aldi or Tesco for a quarter of the price.

I’ve received two bouquets from 123 Flowers as part of the Mrs UK World/Supranational UK pageants and they’ve both been gorgeous and lasted for ages!
After receiving these excellent bouquets I’ve used them to send to friends and they’ve always said how lovely they were to receive.
Never had any problems with ordering or delivery when sending, always perfect!

I was very happy with 123 Flowers’ service. Sending flowers in another country can be a bit of a roll of the dice; but they were straight-forward to order from, and very communicative through the stages of processing and delivery. The quality of the blooms delivered also were wonderful. Vibrant and healthy flowers, very similar to what was pictured. I will definitely be using their service again!

My son ordered me flowers large £30 they were absolutely disgusting, I sent them back there was 10 sparring flowers, stay away is my only advice!

Lovely flowers and delivered on time

The bouquet arrived on time, which is the only reason this review is not one star. Sadly, everything else was disappointing.

I ordered white roses and lilies for my daughter’s birthday, expecting something close to the arrangement shown on the website. What arrived looked nothing like it. Instead of a bouquet of flowers, it was mostly green filler foliage with only a few roses even starting to bloom.

I understand that flowers can arrive less open than the promotional photo, but the presentation on arrival is the whole point of sending them as a gift. If the bouquet looks like a bundle of greenery at the moment it is received, the experience is lost.

What made this worse was the response to my complaint. I was basically told the bouquet was as advertised and that they were completely sure they had done everything correctly. That was honestly insulting given how different the delivered bouquet looked from the one pictured online.

It’s a shame there’s no option to upload photos with the review, because they would show very clearly how different the delivered bouquet was from the one advertised.

If you are ordering because of the photo on the website, be aware that what arrives may be very different. I would not use this company again

The icing on the cake is you can leave a personalised message for the recipient to hear.
My friend was delighted not only about the flowers but the message.

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers, 1 arrived on time & 1 was delayed. It arrived in a poor condition, brown & broken flowers. I asked for a refund & got a £10.00 credit that I won’t be using. Wouldn’t use this firm again!!
