Absolutely dreadful company
Absolutely dreadful company. I ordered some flowers for Mother's Day, they were delivered to my mum's address days early, despite my having contacted the company several times via their useless online form. My mum was on holiday until the Saturday night before Mother's Day, the delivery person left the flowers behind the gate in the drive and of course, by the time my mum got home they were completely destroyed. I contacted "Delightful" Flora both before and after the delivery and I have never had a response. Worst flower delivery service I have ever used, do not buy anything from them.

Do not use this service if you want flowers to arrive on time. They are managing to hide negative reviews. They blame the customer for not reading the T&Cs when the flowers do not arrive on time. I mean the point of the service is for flowers to arrive when you want but they are very much… we will deliver when we want. Poor customer service and highly disappointing. order number NDFF356954

I placed a order to be delivered the next day. Flowers, Card, Wine & Chocolates. Got email off the company to say would be delivered on the date i had chosen. 5 Days later after a number of emails I sent to the company with no reply my order was delivered. I paid premium delivery and I still have not had any reply off this company. So defo not recommend people to use them when they cant get a order correct and don't reply to customers

Very very disappointed with this company.paid for premium delivery and still didnt arrive on time.flowers were for my daughters b,day.huge let down.the bouquet i ordered along with a happy birthday balloon where nothing like I chose on the website.the flowers were sparse and died the day after they arrived. Will not be using this company again.stay well clear.they are also not responding to my emails either.

I was trying to find out who sent me flowers and I spoke to a very rude women called Bella. She kept whispering "oh my god" and "for f*** sake" when I simply asked who sent them. I was later able to find out on my own but I did inform my friend not to order with them due to the horrid staff.
Excellent service with very lovely bouquet.
Fortunately I didn't look at reviews before ordering. If I had I probably wouldn't have placed my order However based on my own experience I cannot fault the quality of the flowers or the delivery, which was on time and tracked . The young lady who received them after a hospital stay was delighted so I am also happy.

Wish I’ve never placed an order
I have placed an order on 30th March for the flowers to be delivered on 5th April as birthday gift for my best friend, they’ve never arrived on time, emailed the company they said they usually allow 1-2 working days if any delays however it’s been a week now since the order has been dispatched and still no sign of it and tracking hasn’t changed. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend it at all, wish I did check the reviews of the company before I placed an order…

Firstly the bouquet that I ordered arrived several hours later than the Royal Mail tracking told me. The bouquet doesn’t bear any resemblance to the bouquet advertised. When responding to their request to give them feedback on their delivery, I received a standard response. Very disappointed. “Having shown the picture to the senior florist, he confirmed that the bouquet you've received is the correct one, there are no issues with the quality of the flowers.
All bouquets are inspected before being packaged, the flowers we send are all gifts packaged in cellophane/tissue and when removed from the packaging and displayed in a vase, they will look different.
Please be advised that our flower arrangements are unique and handcrafted, so no two arrangements are ever the same. Every effort is made to match orders as closely as possible to the product photographs and descriptions. While slight variations are sometimes necessary, the concept and quality of the item ordered are always guaranteed.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”

DO NOT USE
I ordered a Mothers Day boquet to be delivered on Mothers Day.
It was dispatched a WEEK before and was left on the doorstep 4 DAYS early whilst my Mum was in hospital.
By the time she came home the day before Mothers Day the flowers were dead in the box.
Absolutely NO Customer service - no reply to emails and no reply to answerphone messages!!
Absolutely disgraceful service
Absolutely disgraceful service. Flowers were never delivered and when the issue was raised, the customer service was even more pathetic. Refused to give a refund and offered credit instead- never again

I ordered my mum some flowers and a box of chocolates for her birthday, I purchased them with in mind that my mum would receive them on time, which was not the case. When they finally arrived the flowers looked half dead and the box of chocolates which was advertised were the wrong ones! Avoid them at all costs

Cardboard box .no plastic bag water to keep flowers alive.
The flowers arrived promptly.
They were tired when the recipient videoed them live to let me see.
No water and in cardboard box on the hottest day of the year.Silly.
The recipient didn't want to complain,but I saw a photo and nice colours but a few flowers were bashed .
I emailed and was promptly replied to.
However as I m quite old I couldn't attach the photo to the email as requested.
No apology or explanation on the no water plastic bag issue.Trust your customers without proof.
Its a very good idea but obviously they are not listening to their customers.
Would not recommend buying as if delayed would be stone dead.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary to be delivered on the actual date. They arrived 2 days late which is totally unacceptable as I ordered in plenty of time. I messaged the company and the just fobbed me off with excuses, don’t touch

No flowers, no apology, no refund
The flowers didn't show up on the agreed date. The company didn't publish my one star review on their website. I contacted the company by email. They did respond but only offered a refund on condition that I refuse the flowers when they arrived. The flowers have still not arrived. I have honestly never had such a negative experience with online purchases before. As I don't feel comfortable communicating with the company any further from this point on, I will have to seek a refund from my bank.
