Well my container is 6 days late since the first date they gave me and I have scheduled labor twice to unload based on them telling me it would arrive. If you call the waiting time has been an hour and if you push the button for a callback they call and put you on hold. I will post again if I get my stuff.

Start to finish our experience was fantastic. The delivery at our home was prompt and efficient, and the storage of our belongings as well as the drop off and dinal pick uo of the unit was flawless.

Everyone I dealt with was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My unit took longer to arrive at my cross-country destination than estimated, but everything else was fine. Drivers were helpful and accommodating with placement, etc.

was going to wait review until after the move but felt inspired to give an early report. when our container arrives at the new home, i will update.

firstly, packrat matched pods price. $2500. that was great. but then the first hiccup happened when i found out they did not exactly match pods, as pods first month rental is free. packrat matched the transportation cost, but neglected to tell me that they were charging almost $400 on top of that for the container rental.
actually, what the salesman said was that our cost was split between rental and transportation, but follow up conversation with a rep confirmed he lied, or pr decided not to honor it. unknown which
today is the day after it was supposed to leave for our destination. i got a call saying the card was declined. message stated they attempted to charge $3800.
i called, upset, and spoke to ian in service dispatch, who claimed to be a supervisor. he tried to steamroll me. claimed the increase was a diesel service charge. when pressed, he offered to take $300 off. imagine the gall. i told him that he WOULD honor our deal. he put me on hold and, what do you know? he came back down to $2500.
he was breathing into the mouthpiece of the phone throughout the call. i felt like i was scuba diving. when i mentioned it, he apologized for breathing, in a tone that told me i was inconveniencing him. when he came back with the agreed on price i said, "good. don't you dare try to rip me off for $1300 again." he threatened to end the call because he said i was accusing him. hah. ian, you have terrible communications skills and you reinforced my perception that pr is a deceptive company

We really appreciate the driver that dropped off and picked up. We have low wire and we originally order a POD they refused to deliver at the last moment, but Pack Rat came out right away and the driver took his time and got it in my driveway without an issue. He was very careful and went slow, but he did it! He saved me from paying the movers twice. They did a Great Job! I would highly recommend them to any one before using POD Services. Customer Service was Great also!

From ordering online to scheduling to move container, and then final pick up. Everything went great. I had to contact customer service a few times and they were always very professional. I had billing questions and they helped me figure out total cost. I would highly use 800 Packrat again.

Everything went much better than expected. The driver that delivered was great as was the one that picked up.

Moved from Thornton Colorado to Avon Park Florida. Packrat beat their competitors price by a few hundred dollars. The move was very smooth. The drivers from both states were professional and courteous. I highly recommend PackRat.

Our delivery/pickup driver was awesome, right on time and listened to where I wanted the container located on the street. Great pricing and great service, I will definitely be calling Pack Rat again.

Pack rat moved us from Minnesota to Texas. Dropping and picking up container was done very professionally and on point. One thing that could have some improvement on is the communication of where the container is located after pickup from moving location and a little easier to get someone on the phone for this communication. I would rate them 8-9 on a 10 scale.

Everything was as promised. They billed me when they said they would, the pod was delivered and picked up on time with lots of communication. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect! My container was carefully delivered to my home on time and very clean. When my project was done, it was carefully picked up on time. The service drivers were both very professional. There is nothing more that I could have expected. Great company…great people!

Pricing was reasonable. Drop offs and pick ups were easy to schedule and had no issues with any of them.

Just make sure you get all of the information you need before hanging up with booking agent. Drop off and pickups are easy to manage. Outside of that, you will have a hard to talking to Customer Service. But, I would use them again.

Scheduling was easy and they met their commitments. The storage unit were sent me clean. My items arrived back to me as they were packed with very minor to be expected damage and critter free. The delivery drivers were the best part; personable, professional guys. I would use this service on my next move.

good communication on pickups and drop-offs. pod in good condition as expected, they even left me a lock.

I was a bit concerned about doing this move on a hot month, but everything turned out ok. I like they stage the pods inside a warehouse.

they were 5 days late to deliver. they informed me ahead of time. but I happened to be out of town on the new date, so they left the pod around for much longer until I was able to unload, no additional charge.

first time I used such a service, I appreciate not having to do the long trip if I had to rent and drive myself. everyone I interacted with was no-nonsense problem solver. overall I am quite satisfied, and will consider them first when I will need another move.

From the moment I ordered to when they picked up the empty container, I couldn’t have been more pleased.
The ordering and scheduling went very smooth.
The driver showed up the next day and placed the Pack Rat exactly where I needed it.
After a few days of packing everything in it I used the website to initiate the pick up. The driver showed up the next morning and off it went.
I was able to schedule the date of delivery on the other end. No problem there.
We received it, emptied it and the came and took it away after a couple of days.
The process was flawless.
Yes, I’d recommend this service.
