I contacted 1st call over Facebook and got a call back within a couple of days. The customer service is excellent and an appointment was agreed after hearing my queries. Upon arrival, Adam had a look at the window that needed attention and advised to repair rather than change the whole window. James came to do the work and he was very courteous, though the repair wasn't competed on the first call, an appointment was made for him to come back. All was done to a great standard and I have a window that I can open and close properly.

I contacted 1st Call to survey the dg in my new house and quote for repairs to diamond leaded units. They came out quickly and gave a very good price to replace 5 units + some new handles and locking system on french doors. Came back a second time to measure 2x additional units and check all measurements to make sure diamond leadwork matched up.
Its all been installed today - lovely job very well done has made a big difference, all completed on the hottest day of the year with courtesy and efficiency.
Definitely recommend 1st Call.

Contacted this 1st call about doing some repair work, after a builder had fitted my windows incorrectly and causing me problems. They was quick to respond, had a visit from someone who explained what could be done to help with the problems and within a few days James and George came to complete the work. They were both polite and committed to completing the job with as little mess as possible. I’m very impressed with everything and I would be happy to use this company again, also happy to recommend them. Price was very good too.🙂

The young man who fitted the windows James was polite and professional, he made very little mess and it it was all cleared away immediately. The service was impressive the price was very reasonable and I would use them again and highly recommend them

Run Away - Guy came and gave me a quote which was accepted, deposit was paid.

Then no survey took place. I was an informed that pay additional amount! I denied and job was cancelled. Need to call couple of times to gate my deposit back.

Full wastage of time.

Replaced double glazed windows units, great service, job done very well and ensured all tidy and clean afterwards.

Just had the gasket, locking mechanism and handles replaced on my patio doors . James was very friendly and polite he cleaned up after himself and very happy with his work .

Ridiculously overpriced

I had few issues with my front door. Dodgy handle and lock plus rubber seals were gone. Checked the market to find a quote for a new door which was just shocking. Then I found 1st Call Repair and messaged them. Within minutes received a call for Adam explained the issues I was having. I think next working day, one of their team member came to check the issues and gave me a very reasonable quote. And then on 3rd day James came to fix and replace the components. He did a great job. No mess whatsoever. Very polite and a true gentleman.
Fast service, great communication and sorted the job perfectly. 1st Call Repair done a fantastic job!! Without a shadow of a doubt, I can highly recommend!!!
