Mark made a grand effort
Mark made a grand effort to get my order out though it was late in the day and only just missed out [Royal Mail fault] . Over two days my order came and I am well pleased with the figures, Well packed [earthquake proofed] and boxed.

Quality control issue.
Very quick service, Shame one item was sent in damaged packaging. The packer should have noticed it before packing (plastic clam shell shattered - Jim shore mini figurine exposed to damage) )
Please be more attentive to the condition of the products before sending. These are brand new collectables and the quality of packaging is very important to the buyer. Please improve your QC.

Hi, thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear that one of the figurines you received arrived damaged.
I can see that you have placed several orders with us and you will be aware that we individually wrap each figurine in bubble wrap, and then ship them inside a box with additional void fill protective packaging.
We also open and inspect each figurine at the point of dispatch, but unfortunately damage can still occur during transit. We do our best to try and minimise on damages and returns, but you cannot avoid everything, given the fragility of many products we sell.
Should this happen then please contact us by using the contact us form on the website. We will happily arrange a free of charge return for you and then the choice of a replacement or full refund.

I always find myself purchasing from here, their prices are 95% of the time cheaper than anywhere else. Best part is, I can use my points to redeem against products which brings the price down more. I have never had an issue with 24-7 games, hence why I am a returning customer. I always come here to find The nightmare before Christmas items, most of my figurines collection came from here.
