Got a "damaged box" item - Barely noticeable, item is in perfect condition on the inside. Have had my eye on it since it was available for pre-sale & was waiting for the right "free gift" to order but to get such a bargain was an opportunity not to be missed. Best retailer for collectibles

Hi, I am sorry to hear that your figurine has arrived damaged.
Every day we send out hundreds of very fragile items and we use high quality packing materials including wrapping each figurine in a bubble wrap quilt so that each item is surrounded by a cushion of air. This, along with checking items for damage at the point of dispatch, means that we are able to benefit overall from a very low damages / returns rate.
However, despite this there is still always a chance that an item can arrive damaged, and if this happens we will immediately arrange a free of charge return, and then either a replacement or full refund.
I can see that the item was delivered four days ago, but we have not received any communication from you about this, other than this review. Please email our customer service team on info@24-7games.co.uk - we will then reply with a free returns label and the choice of a replacement or full refund.
We look forward to hearing from you so that we can get this situation resolved.
