What I received was fantastic. I’d never brought anything from them before but as soon as they let me know it was dispatched the previous night. it arrived the next day it took afew days longer as I ordered on Boxing Day. I will be ordering from them again

DISAPPOINTING
Price is great but when I was buying my product it was offering a bonus gift if you purchased in a certain amount of time, it made me feel rushed and I was made to believe I was going to receive it but didn't come. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Hi Sharon, thank you for taking the time to leave this comment, which I was also disappointed to read. We receive a lot of comments about our free gift offers but they are not normally negative ones!
I can see that you placed an order with us over the Black Friday weekend, and you purchased two Disney Traditions with a saving of £63 or 55% off RRP!
Over Black Friday we were running many different offers and promotions including HOURLY free free gift offers when you place an order. Each of these offers was featured prominently on the front page and they did indeed feature a countdown clock so that you could see exactly how long was left for that particular offer. The website also featured banners on the home page which showed you the current offer and also upcoming ones so that you could choose when to place your order to get the free gift you wanted
I have just checked and the offers were:
1PM - 2PM - Free plush toy bundle when you spend £40+
2PM - 3PM - Free Disney Traditions Mickey Mouse figurine when you spend £100+
You created your cart during the 1PM-2PM offer and I can see that the free gifts were added to your cart. However, you did not start checkout until the next hour by which point the 2PM-3PM offer was running.
At 2PM your cart will have automatically refreshed, the free plush toys will have disappeared and a message will have appeared at the top of the page saying "Free gift(s) removed from cart"
Your order was below £100 which is why you did not receive the 2PM-3PM free gift.
You completed checkout and received the figurines a few days later.
Unfortunately we have not received any emails or communication from you until this review was left almost a month after the purchase. If you had messaged us after placing the order we would have happily helped and been able to add the free gifts for you before the order was dispatched.

Hi, thank you for your comment, however please do get in touch as we are keen to learn more about where you have seen these items cheaper, and also arrange a return for you as we offer 30 day no-quibble returns on all items.
We pride ourselves on offering some of the lowest prices around for Disney Traditions, and one of the most common comments in our Trustpilot reviews is "cheaper than everywhere else". I can see that you purchased a Tigger and a Minnie Mouse figurine in our Black Friday sale and saved 40% on both items.
I have just done a quick search for both figurines and cannot find another UK retailer who is cheaper than the prices you paid. Both items are now retired and are showing as unavailable on Amazon UK. F Hinds have the Tigger figurine available but it is £9 more than you paid. Most other retailers who have them in stock are approx £12 more on Tigger and £15 more on Minnie.
The only place I can see them cheaper is eBay, however these are used figurines. We only sell brand new items direct from Enesco UK.
Having said that we have a no quibble 30 day returns policy - if you have managed to find the items cheaper then I would strongly encourage you to return them for a full refund.

Honestly, a great little company
