A total ripoff and scam. Beware. They mascarade as a way to watch nfl games. If you sign up you get links. Then your credentials are not valid. Then you go to a YouTube link and it says they violated rules. Then you ask them to cancel and they send hateful replies with poor English. Just don’t click. They use many names for their businesses including 1. GPL HAT LLC / GPLHAT com

If you are like me, you fell for their scam. Do your research before you enter a credit card number. This is a bad guy.

Every response from this company is nasty. Even their response to trust pilot reviews. They ask me what a scam is. It is a company that uses genuine sounding addresses to sound legit but in the background have many different names. They also offer services that do not exist after you sign up. This is a very sophisticated scammer. They must offer some kind of real service but watching the NFL in the US is not one of them. Don’t fall for it unless you read reviews on Trust Pilot first. To those who got something from them congrats. You did better than me.

When it works it works! I spent about 2.5 hour in the past two days with your support team. to just get passed off to the IT depart. IT apparently does not exist. First Mike could resole the problem, so said that IT would contact me ASAP. 3 hours went by so I reached out and got Marty that took over an hour then ghosted me after saying he would pass me on to IT. So I reached out this morning a got Oliver, same run around. Then he ghosted me. Now I fired up, reach backout and get Jack. After a few minutes of explaining all the steps that each of the previous 3 folks. Jack has me do some of the same steps.5454 with a without "/" and 4545 instead of 5454, no "s". Any was we got there. thanks Jack

Beware! Be sure you want to subscribe to 247TVSTream. I signed up for this program based on the e-mail I received offering a good deal for NFL+. Nowhere in the email was 247TVStream mentioned. I thought I was signing up for NFL directly as a gift for my son. When I realized, the next day, that I was signed up for 247TVStream I immediantly requested a cancellation and refund. I used instructions received by the "chat person" on how to request the cancellation.

I submitted my request several times over the next few days. In response I received news letters each time. Never was my request acknowledged. I never heard from a live person. I gave up and have learned a lesson.

August 22, they posted this reply, implying that they had solved the problem. The problem was solved by my bank, who refunded the money. A refund received by the seller is to be returned to the bank.
August 28, I received a letter informing me that I would receive the refund within a few days. Still not received.

At $49.95 for the whole season of NFL games I thought it sounded too good to be true, but I was excited to save a huge amount over youtubetv & NFL packages. As soon as I tried to get it to work on my phone, computers or TVs it became evident it might be a scam. Still, I spent over 3 hours chatting with multiple online support (It would say it timed out for no activity after a minute!), troubleshooting, downloading various apps to my TV, entering passwords with the remote, etc. None of which worked. I was told I would need to buy a box for each of my TVs. At that point I asked to cancel my service and receive a full refund. The chat support told me to email billing which I did, then the billing dept told me to contact chat. I screen shot all of my conversations to document and they kept saying things like my service was working now, or asking what seemed to be the issue & I was asked several times what type of TV. When I responded the type of TV was irrelevant and I just wanted to cancel and get a refund they said how did I not know what brand of TV I had! Finally chat support said I would be refunded in 7 days. I said that was unacceptable as the refund period expired in 7 days. I kept repeating I wanted to cancel and get a full refund and sharing all of my screen shot conversations. Finally I filed a dispute through my credit card and told them and after a lot of emails and text messages they FINALLY credited my CC. It took a lot of time and persistence to get it resolved. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you want to throw your money away and spend lots of time energy and frustration in trying to cancel when it doesn't work. I'm shocked that any of these reviews say people loved this service. They are clearly in another country where English is not their first language and it is a complete scam when you try to cancel and they keep trying to put you off. Glad to be done with it! Hopefully this will save others!

Just renewed for my 6th or 7th year(can't remember exactly), great service at a great price. Only ever had 1 issue in all the years and they solved it super quick! I get to watch my favorite teams without worry and save a lot of money versus the alternative.

It took almost 2 hours to get set up. Simon said the problem was a special character in my password. All this work over a "?". Anyway, it's working now. Thanks, Simon.

We have been using this service for 3 seasons now to watch nfl games out of our network area, and will again this year. We pay for the 6 month option. The caveat is that all programming is watched through their website. You can only watch from the device you sign in with or cast to a preferred TV. Depending on your bandwidth and the number of others accessing this site during games, you may experience buffering on occasion. The pricing makes the difference. You save a lot of money with this platform. A lot!

I had quite a hassle getting the app installed but agent after agent helped until I got it done, then I found that my password was causing a problem and that the username on the TV was case sensitive, not the website. All in all, great support!

The support was awesome. It took a while, but we got it done to my satisfaction. A very pleasant experience!

Have been using this app for 2 years now. I recommend this app. When I have had any issues they have been very prompt it helping.

After purchasing the service, I quickly realized it would not work on my TV. No one responded on the support chat service. Within 4 hours I requested a refund via email, to which I have received numerous responses over 3 days telling me I need a fire stick or android box. I have neither and do not intend to purchase them. My request for a refund goes unanswered. It is very frustrating to work with a service that refuses to stand by its refund policy: “Our commitment is to your satisfaction. If you're not content with our service, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, ensuring your complete peace of mind.” There is no peace of mind here!
