Cannot install on Roku
Cannot install on Roku. Emailed for help and was sent six pages of highly technical instructions. Told them I could not follow the extremely technical processes and was told to hire a technician to install it for me. Just wasted $90. Rip off.

So grateful for this platform!
I love the access I get with this platform. I have recently cut the cord on my satellite provider. The customer service is great. Jack helped by answering all of my questions. And believe me, I had a lot. I have had this service for the past year and access it regularly. I just renewed and purchased their TV box. I am excited to have that soon. I encourage everyone, especially sports lovers, to give this a try at least once. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Best streaming service for the sports fan.
I have been with these guys for over about 8 years. I was a little kludgy early on but provided a service to the sports fan that I couldn't find anywhere else. I can watch major sports events worldwide at a time when you couldn't find Rugby anywhere. The service has gotten better and broadened. I watch this more than anything else.

Renewal date issue
I renewed my subscription for another year and had an issue with the new expiration date. Oliver handled my issue quickly and efficiently. Issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes.

Wanted to watch a MLB baseball game, will not load. No MLB channels will load. Requested a restart. Chat has been engaged for over 20 minutes, no response or acknowledgement at all from their end.
