Just booked an Egyptian holiday through this agent and happy with the service. Reeha Peters very polite and helpful and clear in her explanations. All admin documents now received and we hope the holiday is as good as advertised !

Really good for holidays to Greece with Mitsis or Ikos hotels. Really pleased with the service and value for money. My agent was very helpful and I had shopped around a lot and this was the best offer I found anywhere for my holiday. I have been sent legal notice to pay for booking when I realised I am getting ripped off and I request to cancel the booking. Please be careful. Stay away. Save your time and money.

My hotel booking was cancelled just a couple of weeks before travel and I was given sub-standards hotels to choose from. I travelled and was quite unhappy with my stay in relation to cleanliness, service and general quality.

Abel was my booking agent, who was very helpful.

Booking holiday on the phone, due to limited flight seats - we managed to book another inbound flight. The agent was polite to book low cost airport transfer for us and request late check out as well. We are going on holiday with this company not for the first time - they are helpful and I trust them!

Phone calls and e mails from the ‘luxury’ river Nile Viking cruise to the administration team and practically we were told to go away.

Please be aware that Trustpilot replies from Egypt Escapes saying things like ‘we are glad your issues were resolved etc etc’ are just for show, nothing has been resolved and Egypt escapes still refuse to take any responsibility for our poor experience.

This holiday should have been a exciting time. The booking etc was hard work. Very much dissatisfied with the whole experience. The only reason I didn't not cancel the holiday was I would have to pay a fee. This is a complete farce in all aspects. Let's hope nothing goes wrong once I get there. This is a 60 birthday to remember. Not.

The booking clerk seemed very efficient polite and thorough.
