Unfortunately our trip to Egypt had to be cancelled due to the RED status in place. We had the most efficient and helpful service from Egypt Escapes and 2book a holiday.com. They sorted out the refunds and got us another holiday booked to Rhodes for the same dates. They could not have been more helpful. THANKYOU you were amazing. Definitely will book again for next year with this company.

After paying for the holiday the subsequent service was slow and required lots of chasing to get necessary forms. I counted a problem on holiday whereby the transfer was not there upon arrival nor is it there when I needed to get back to the airport when departing my destination. I’ll let the company know on both occasions one of which was on holiday itself and the responses have again required chasing in order to follow up and to try and get my money back (which I am still trying to do!). This was the first time at the last time I’ll be using this company as I simply seem more interested in taking the money rather than working for what they claim to have provided.

Just rember when you book with this company and you have to cancel for medical conditions unlike many reputable companies they expect you to claim through insurance, and will issue NO refund will never use again !!!

Have used 2bookaholiday quite a few times now.Always very helpful and friendly. So nice to be able to talk to someone if there is a problem.Which gives you peace of mind expecially with the way things are.Would recommend to anyone

Been using this company for years now and they’re always amazing when booking my holidays and staff are always friendly, had to cancel a holiday due to COVID and received my refund very quick, due to go away in September and with these uncertain times they’ve made me feel at ease and got me an amazing deal, best company I’ve used by far!

Used 2bookaholiday.com for years and wouldn’t use anyone else. Have kept us well informed and up to date with our recent bookings especially with COVID-19 disrupting our trips. All the staff are extremely friendly, professional and insightful with all the destinations we have been (almost like they are locals).
If you do manage to find it cheaper they will price match.

Very trust worthy and honest company to deal with. Also efficient and straight forward deals that you can depend on a first class experience. Travelled with them for years and I always seem to find the best deals and reasonable prices with no hidden extras on their website. However it does take a while to get through to them on the phone. Strongly recommend them.

I have been using 2nook a holiday for many years now I have found them easy to deal with I book my mitsis holidays with them to Crete everything is priced accordingly from flight hotel and transportation to and from hotel while the COVID pandemic happped we had 2 cancel 2 holidays with them and we were refunded quite quickly
We have booked for next May so all going well we will be back in Crete
