From start to finish service from all the guy's in 360 was brilliant. They make buying a bike so easy with fantastic knowledge and help. Communication was excellent and continuous. Look forward to continuing to deal with 360 going forward now we are on the electric bike road. Thanks all.

I have taken my bikes to 360 Cycles on numerous occasions when I have had technical issues. I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable and efficient in locating and repairing the problem. I would highly recommend them. I now use them for all my servicing requirements

Good work done, mark off for not fixing what I brought bike in for and another for price. Quote seemed inflated a lot by labor.

Great experience from 360, had the bike in for some work and was able to collect it a day or 2 later at my convenience, even collected my bike on a bank holiday Monday! Open 7 days a week and always contactable on the phone with any queries! Will be back again

Max and Martin are very knowledgable and helpful. They went out of their way on a busy Saturday to help me test drive some new bikes whilst mine was being evaluated. They decided to fix mine. Very honest!

Over the years I tried different bike shops and this is the best one I’ve found so far. The customer service is amazing and the quality of service is so good. They know their stuff.

My bike is very, very old but it's still a quality, sturdy one.
Other cycle shops in the past have commented on the age of my bike and were focused on the negative, like they may not be able to get parts for it, etc. There was none of that with 360 cycles. Also I use my bike for transport every day so they kindly agreed to have my bike ready as quickly as possible. They did a full service and repaired what needed repairing all within 48 hours. Now, as I cycle my bike I feel like it's been given a new lease of life. I'm very pleased with the work done by 360 cycles. Thank you.

Called in to 360 Cycles to view an E Bike that I was interested in.Must say,that Max was absolutely brilliant in informing me about the bike’s features and specifications and steering me to the correct bike size for my height. Great bicycle shop, can honestly recommend this bicycle shop highly.

I bought a Cube Kathmandu Hybrid One 800 from 360 Cycles and would recommend them to anyone buying a bike. The advice given, The test ride the lack of pushy selling technique and the 1 year free servicing was second to none. The electric assist has given me the confidence to push myself, knowing that to can get home. I have now got a new tow bar mounted bike carrier so the how the horizon has broadened. In my 70s it has given me my life back.

The guys in 360 are just excellent at what they do. I had an issue with my wheel. They took my bike from me and fixed tithe problem, double checking my front wheel as part of the check. They gave me confidence in my bike again. I will be bringing my bike to them annually for a service and will enjoy a coffee and cookie outside as part of the ritual.
