I would have given it a full 5 stars if…
I would have given it a full 5 stars if it didn't take a whole week (not including weekends) to receive the lenses from Hong Kong. I live in Singapore btw. Other than that i am satisfied with everything else.

The order was prepared for dispatch by our warehouse at 03-Feb-2020 at 10:12 PM, that is in less than 2 hours.
As on now, the parcel is still in Australian Customs, awaiting customs and quarantine clearance.
As you might be aware of the Coronavirus related delays and excessive quarantine situation in your country Australia, it is not unusual in these circumstances to expect some delay.
Moreover, for the selected method of shipping. we clearly write the expected shipping time to be 7-21 working days to most urban locations and up to 45 days in certain locations and varying according to the load factor of the delivery network and holiday season (Please see shipping and returns).
We kindly advise using express shipping, with 3-4 days delivery guarantee to most locations in Australia.

Complete and neatly packaged :)
Ordered contact lenses, received complete and neatly packaged. It would be great if there was an advance notice that package was going to arrive. Courier arrived at a time no one was home and I had to pick it up at a post office. Otherwise, it's perfect and I would definitely order again.
