This is the secund time I use this website to buy contacts. The price is quite good however their customer service is superb. No doubt I will do business with 393 in the future again.

Our warehouse takes pics of the orders before dispatch, I have asked the same to be forwarded to you on your registered email.

Quick process to order and the delivery was within a few days. Box arrived undamaged and the packaging was authentic for the goods. Will order again

mix up?? That does not give you the right to be rude. you can send messages in your language if comprehending English is difficult for you. All your rep had to do was contact Aramex to clear it up but it was better for you to go at the customer. Your customer service is an important part of your services so if that is useless so will your products. If you did not want honest review why ask

We have no clue what you are talking about, if you have any query, please contact our customer service by WhatsApp or email during our service hours.
We have already provided you with a tracking number and you can yourself use it to see that the parcel is in your country's airport office (possibly customs).
We fail to understand how we can help you any further, except to request you to wait patiently,

This is the second time buying from 393lens.com. I paid for express delivery through Aramex. As it is now Aramex is not sure they have my package, When I contacted customer care through whatsaap the customer care officer of 393lens was rude and made me look stupid. I do not think I want to buy from 393lens again

Your order was placed on 22/07 and dispatched by Aramex(due to Covid19 only Aramex is available as a carrier to your country) on 24/07 to your address in Nigeria.
It arrived in your country's Customs on 03/Aug and is still being processed by your country's customs (very efficient customs).
You called Aramex's agent in Nigeria, they put you on hold and said they are looking for the parcel.
You also contacted our customer service and asked why your parcel is with the post, you presented an incoming post memo, which was neither in your name, nor it had your address and on top of that, it was issued on 17/07 (while you placed your order with us on 22/07).
And of course, you wouldn't want to buy from us again,
We can understand and hope your next seller can circumvent global pandemic situation and can urge your country's customs to process faster.

I am so impressed!!! I ordered to the US after realizing I was on my last pair of contacts and my script was expired and my doctor would not extend it so they would not give me any contacts. THESE SHIPPED TO MY HOUSE IN 3 DAYS!!!! that is faster than I would have received it from my doctor. and no script needed to be uploaded you only need to know your measurements which thankfully were on my last box.

order not received then they sent me another one.
order not received after one month delay (during the coronavirus outbreak), I was stranded in Japan without contact lenses and have to wear glasses everyday........they contacted me to follow up and re-send another parcel, received one week later. Very satisfied and happy with this merchant and will definitely use them again!
